That’s insane! My sister had an encounter in the Beartooth mountains. She heard a scream and found a fish ripped apart with tracks leaving it. My family has gone camping up there for 40+ years and I’ve never heard of these missing cases. Crazy! I’ll keep my eyes peeled when I go to those places that I usually feel uneasy about!

You know I thought the whole thing was bs for years cause I’ve hunted everywhere and never seen nothing till last year and me and my cousin and his friend seen at least 2 or 3 hunting last year. They kept smacking the side of the cabin throwing things at the cabin running by it and screaming and whooping. So you may go your whole life and not see any or you may have a night of terror.

I've heard 2 accounts of people witnessing Sasquatch killing black bears. 1 is in the Terror of the woods series and the other was a story told by a witness but can't remember which platform. Their is a lot of them now.
It becomes a quest for most all us that sees one,i saw one in late 70's also , south Louisiana.
1978 here. Hood River, Oregon. Saw an Albino Sasquatch.

It's sad most of these conversations are about trying to convince these beings exist. WE KNOW THEY DO. What would the dialogue sound like if we came from the position they exist?These are highly evolved (shapeshifting) beings and do things we don't understand because we are not at that level...yet!

Wow! I never heard that Leif discribed a Sasquatch in Newfoundland. My husband's family is from Newfoundland and they've never mentioned Sasquatch. Ever!

He called them skellrüng which is old Norse for hairy. The Norse were hairy. For them to say skellrüng, they had to be completely hair covered. He also described them as swarthy (black) and ugly in old Norse. He also said they threw rocks. He totally described Sasquatch.
That's because it didn't actually happen. It's not in the sagas. The skræling were people, not some unknown creature.

What a lot of people do not realize is that yes, while Humans and Apes share 97-98% of our DNA, humans are also 95% genetically similar to house cats. So, those small percentages might as well be an ocean in scope. When one or two percent define a human and a chimp and another two or three percent you get a cat.

@mnj640 Bigfoot isn't the gentle forest hippies people want to believe them to be. Other people have used the sounds of babies crying to call them in and some of the people have had to deal with extremely angry bigfoots who couldn't find what they heard and came looking for. All animals will try to kill and eat the compations young and if they just come running from the next mountain over and they can't find the crying baby and they find you ......... as I said it will not end well for someone and that someone is you. I have been listening to channels such as this one and channels by researchers since 2013 and most of them have actually been assaulted , attacked and chased out of the woods and for some followed home by very pissed off bigfoots and in some cases other Cryptids. You don't know who's going too answer the dinner bell you're ringing but whatever answers it's probably not going to end well for you. They can smell you long before they get close to you. They will remember the sound of your car's/truck's engine and will follow you home and you are confined to the road they're not. By the third time you show up and go home they now have you zeroed in on an are waiting for you too get home. Good luck with ringing the dinner bell you may find yourself and your family on the menu.

ok went to that link there was two vids, one looked like a skinny human, the the 2-3am by the truck and campers is a 5-foot tall ........person looking to get into you truck. Not definitive anything. And the "aggressive bigfoot" had no evidence of being bigfoot, could have been Dogman.

I get sick of hearing that they are apes, they need to get educated and look at the MANY DNA studies showing half HUMAN female and half UNKNOWN male.
Sasquatch is a type of human according to other DNA studies. Try thinking about a split off of the cro-magnon and neanderthal line .

Melba Ketchum did several DNA sequences from evidence gathered by David Paulides, Scott Carpenter, and a few others. Several of these samples were sent to a few major universities, and they had the same results as she did. Human DNA on the mitochondrial side(female), and the nuclear(male) DNA was unknown. Steve Isdahl from the yt channel, "Howtohunt", had a few nuclear scientist say, that bear DNA is part of the makeup of the male nuclear DNA. Melba was a top scientist that did a lot of work for govt agencies, including testifying in major court cases. When she came out with the study, many of the well known people in the Bigfoot community attacked her viciously, trying to say that her research and results were contaminated or wrong. Really made you think of why these same well known researchers attacked her, when they have been leading people in the same circles for decades Foot cast, tree structures, shaming anyone that brings up any woo events, etc.. These d'bags have made a good living leading people in circles, so they don't want their gravy train to end and be exposed as the a'holes they are. Just my opinion though.
She also released Dogman DNA results just a few months ago too.
The Lloyd Pye premise parallels this theory. Worth entertaining.
