Thanks! I appreciate that! Please subscribe if you haven’t already! I have a few really cool videos in the works! One of them is building a garage gym from scratch! Building the building and everything! Thanks again!
Hi, Thank you for the review. I'm practecing crossfit and I am currently training with the metcon 6 and I wanted to know if the metcon turbo zoom are more interesting in terms of cushioning, because I have fragile knees. Thank you 😊
really , you used it to play basketball, is it ok? how does it feel? I have this and I have not used it yet to basketball but I’m gathering info on what other says about this. I like a light shoes to play and I find this very light compare to basketballshoes but too lack of ankle support and that is im afraid of
I play maybe a couple times a year and I don't own a pair of court shoes so I do give some weight to how well I think a shoe would be for "playing" in! Thanks for watching!
I just got this shoe and I feel like the construction is weird. The outsole and insole being separate entities makes it feel a little insecure. I feel a “squeak” as I walk and I can feel the insole and outsole moving separately. Does this ever go away? I wanted the Metcon 7 but at 13 there aren’t many options these days, the 8 imo is just ugly. Would the Free Metcon 4 be better? I am not doing much heavy lifting and I’m not a traditional cross fitter but I do want a stable training shoe to train for Spartans.
Hey! Unfortunately the “squeak” is there to stay. You could look back to the metcon 6 but I don’t know what type of sizes are left. I haven’t touched the metcon free 4. I was really disappointed with the metcon free 3 after wearing it for about a year. If you are doing and fast cutting movements at all the whole insole gets messed up under your foot. If you’re doing straight forward training though the 4s might be worth a try. I still wear my 3s occasionally when I just want a comfortable shoe
@@TheSampleySix thanks for the reply. I basically just ordered the Free 4’s and the Metcon 8’s and I’m going to just see which of the 3 I like the most then return the other 2. I wish the Nike store in my area was better but they just don’t carry anything recent.
Yeah! They’re great shoes! I have worn them a lot for more than just working out. The only thing I would say about them is they are a little “loud” when you walk in them. The mid foot area has some flexible plastic that secures the middle of your foot and feels great but it’s a little noisy. That and you will probably need to wear ankle socks because mine rub on my left ankle if my socks aren’t high enough. Im going on a trip next week and they are the only shoes I’m planning on taking though! Thanks for watching!

Can we jogg or run in these shoes?
You can but I wouldn’t recommend long distances. They’re not really built for that
@@TheSampleySix okay thankyou😊 and if you can please tell if i can jogg on treadmill with it ?
I think they would be okay for that if you aren't running for very long!@@paramhansastrology4376

Good call! I love my 8s but I do a lot of CrossFit in them. I’d love to know what you think about them for doing your style of training in!
Great vid bro😎
Thank you!
I'm thinking of buying this shoe and use it as my daily wear, looks really nice, what do you recommend>?
