once again you have done a very relatable video. like many people I can be my own worst enemy. It is easy to curse the lord for making me so flawed instead of slowing down and working things out the right way. when you do it the right way it does feel like an accomplishment. Thankfully the lord gives us the strength to always do right we just have to use it.
I'm grateful it was helpful to you! I think a grand majority of people have felt that way about themselves. I'm also really grateful that the Lord can open our eyes to the truth of the matter and how that truth makes us feel better. Thanks friend!
Such a great show this week. As a journalist, I too have anguished over my weakness in writing and feared being mocked for work that was less than perfect. As you so eloquently pointed out, faith in the Lord Jesus Christ enables me to move forward in meekness. The meekness I have developed because of my weakness helps me lean on the Savior’s grace and overcome my fear of being mocked. The only thing that matters is what Christ thinks of my efforts.
Thanks :) That’s awesome that you’re a journalist! It’s an interesting process to work through, and for me, it’s a process I’ve had to repeat multiple times. I’ll probably have to keep repeating it haha
What has helped you overcome your frustration with weaknesses?
