​@@bclifford7104 Don't worry China will burn more coal to help them in making 85% of the EV cars. They increased coal usage 25% in July alone. They'll still get the Cobalt from child slave labor in Africa. The pollution of the toxic materials from the batteries will still go into landfills every 100,000 miles. Besides you can always plug them in to get electricity from power plants that burn fossil fuels. All the while you can pander to your friends about how it is best for the environment even though the nuclear power you hate releases zero emissions. After all, when gas prices go through the roof, you and your rich friends will be fine with your EVs (even when energy prices spike and the poor and middle class get heat stroke & freeze deaths) since you can afford those items anyway. Don't worry about China and other heavy polluters that will take over industry and cast most of the U.S. into poverty while they burn more and more and take over industry more and more. No, America's 4% of the world population must be stopped in their climate tyranny, no matter the cost.
