Peel a potato and grate it, add a cup of water to it (about 200mm) and boil it. After boiling filter it with a cloth and squeeze out the starch. After filtering add one tablespoon of rice flour (alternative: corn starch) add 4 tablespoon water to it and mix well, after mixing heat it until you get a creamy consistency. After cooling add 2 tablespoon oil (you can use coconut oil, sweet almond oil, almond oil or whatever oil)
How to apply:
Take your hair in small strands and apply it from the scalp to the tip of the hair. Keep it for one hour and after a hour rinse it with water. I've saved your 4m 44secs:) and idk if we should wash it with shampoo or just rinse it, if you get the answer tell me too and btw I'm gonna try this today and update:)

I have mid length thin, curly, stubborn, course hair. I did this yesterday the 4th, and only for about 30 minutes because we were running late for gathering.
I had to use shampoo to totally take off the residue and a bit of conditioner but washed it up quickly. I then blow dried and ironed. It worked amazing!!! I live in Houston TX and the heat plus humidity is horrible for hair like mine. I was able to wear my hair down and didn’t get at all puffy/spongy. It’s not permanent, it’ll wash out when you wet it but still way better than having puffy crappy hair after all that blow drying and flat ironing.
***I did follow his other video on flax seed and I mixed that flax seed mixture on my hair as well.

From what I understand, you would only rinse with warm water afterwards. If you shampoo after, it would strip it all off. I'm very hopeful this will work. I just threw away my styling spray due to it contains harmful chemicals. Thanks for the video!

Como veo que hay pocas respuestas y muchas preguntas, yo pienso lavar el pelo primero y luego poner esto, usar una o dos cucharadas de aceite, dependiendo del largo del pelo, y lo enjuagaría sólo con agua. Si el pelo se ha desenredado con eso, no pondría acondicionador, de lo contrario, si pondría. Luego peinaría el pelo como de costumbre, usando los productos de estilizado que más me gusten y ya está. Como el Doctor no dijo que lavara con shampoo, yo no lo usaría después, si no antes de poner esa crema. Saludos a todos!!

Your remedies are great & effective. However, sometimes I feel that the instructions are incomplete. I repeat the queries that I had raised in the past as well but no response or clarification so far.
For hair remedies, pls mention:
1. Can it be applied after oiling the hair? Most women oil hair and leave it over night and shampoo the next morning. So I request, please be specific.
2. Should it be applied post Shampoo on wet/moist/ dry hair.
3. If post shampoo then after rinsing, can one condition the hair?
4. Should the hair only be rinsed or can one shampoo n condition after the rinse?

Fizxy hair mains hair need more oiling. This can be quick fix but not permanent

No need to shampoo but If you feel discomfort after rinsing your hair with plane water or feel still something is remaining, then use shampoo
First u wet ur hair and shampoos your hair i.e. induleka shampoos. Please don't use ur shampoo directly to ur scalp and hair, dilute the shampoo in bowl a with water. After shampoo, apply this potato conditioner for 15 mins and then rinse ur hair .
