Idea: Consider the modified, actually useful items (Dragonfire shield and an Infernal Whatever) the chunk task, rather than the Visage and Stone. Then you need Lumbridge and started DS1 for the former and a boss like KQ for the latter, giving you more leeway. (AutoCorrect had that as "Dragonite Shield" at first)
Im sure that youve thought about this already, but I wanted to recommend that you get your agility level up first. The amount of time youll save from the run around will probably amount to dozens, if not hundreds of hours by the time this is done

They're a good spot for attaining the White Knight Master rank once you get to the point you can start unlocking it in the Wanted! quest. Of course by the time that happens you'll have way better things to be doing, but if you have to engage in that little side grind then you have options!

Implings have been banned from the start. It bypasses all wacky problemsolving like using the Yanille food shop. Besides, with a Puro Puro portal in Yanille itself he'd be trapped there still, probably.

Had to do a bit more research on my previous comment - I think you're safe on the 83 crafting grind because of the lack of thread and lack of redwood to make any of the black dragon equipment, but wouldn't you need to make at minimum a Blue D'Hide Shield? Blue Dragon Leather at the Ranging guild tanner, a Yew shield (from a Yew tree seed), and mithril nails (with superheat) - that would be a 69 (Nice) Crafting grind, at least it's not 83!
for a bowstring, couldn't you get a young impling spawning in the overworld? you have 71 hunter afterall and you have lured monsters from outside your chunk before.

I felt so owned
well, if you get the smoldering stone on 1st kill, You will be force to get 1 kill mob/boss (even if it outside chunk) and only once for either d pick/harp/axe, and if not you high alch the smoldering stone. (will break rules of chunk lock in pursuit of lucky drop punishment)
Its not applicable right now since you're lacking a spinning wheel and a nearby bank, but not many people know that Taverly has Flax in the southwest corner of the town.
Fun fact, back in the day of members release, they didnt have a check on logging into f2p worlds in members area. Instead it would make the area a sea so you cant do anything lol, not sure how quickly they added the check for it
Funny thing about Taverley, while OSRS spell it with an e, the teleport menu for the clue compass in Leagues spells it the classic way. Obviously a mistake but it's funny how at one point it wouldn't have been.

You can safe spot the black dragons in the room with the monks too only need two tiles, with it being in singles sometimes you can get them stacked on top of each other and use a halberd

He's not doing implings, yanille has puro puro access but he decided against that grind to keep things fresh
He locked off implings till Zanaris to keep progression tied to the chunks he has unlocked.
