Or someone has been stealing his motion cameras, so he does not leave them sitting outdoors anymore. He lives in Oregon, after all. Look at Portland's crime rate rise in the last 4 years.
Huh, my comment was deleted. I was saying that it's possible his motion cameras get stolen when he leaves them in the wilderness, so he stopped since they're expensive. My comment getting deleted gives me mixed thoughts about this.
The video seems incomplete without seeing the mouse fed to nature Sean. You live in such a fantastic area with all that country. I would put that one by the beaver dam.

always stoked to see a new video from you shawn. i'm subbed to alot of channels but i only have a few select favorites. You're in my top five man! Garage 54, stephen freeborn (the calculator dude), Paul Harrell, Suspicious observers are the other top 4, i try to always drop a like anytime i see a video from you guys. Its qute nice to still see the content yt was really intended for!
It looks like you have to open the top wire hatch to get the mouse out, either that way or to open the door it came in. I don't wanna stick my fingers in there with Mr. Mouse.
Your mice up there in Oregon are twice the size of the ones we have here lately. they'd be too light to set off a trap like that. Got anything adjustable? thanks for all your ideas!
@ShawnWoodsMousetrapMonday - i did not see any videos for using peppermint candles, reed diffusers, wax warmers, essential oil warmers, or a red light to see if any of these would repel mice. If you have not tried any of these things, would you be willing to try any of them? Thank you for your time.
It's good for cases where you need to catch a single mouse, or maybe 2 or the course of a few days. Any times I've had a mouse, it was a single mouse. Yea obviously not the most effective for his barn or a farmhouse or whatever, which is why he has posted a lot of bucket traps and even invented his own. Turns out, in a house, say... the kitchen maybe, this takes up a lot less room than a 5 gallon bucket filled with water, or most other multi-catch traps. Also some of the smaller multi-catch traps are too cramped causing the mice to kill / eat each other, which a lot of people don't want to deal with.
Belo modelo. Acho melhor capturar e matar em câmara de dióxido de carbono (que é indolor) Mas se tivesse MUITOS talvez não fosse viável fazer assim. E se for só alguns, acho que seria melhor usar arma msm, até de pressão para matar rápido e sem dor
There is a FLAW in the design. A clever mouse will climb up and tip it over on its side and the door is unlocked. You should add a weight to pre-un-balance the cage and film it. . . . . . . . just how do you humanely dispatch such a creature? .44/laser/blowtorch/Samsung Note 7?
They (mice and rats) do not sweat, so the extra skin surface on the tail helps regulate body heat. Tails are also used for balance, a little bit like a monkey but not as agile.
Well who got the treat? Mr. Skunk .. Mrs. Possum .. Sir Hoot Owl .. Princess Foxy .. Wiley Coyote ???
That's terrible to know that there are Bot flies in the USA. Nice trap.
Ive never seen one in my state, luckily. It seems like Oregon is also overrun with wasps based on his videos haha
You should see his other videos
They are around, but I've never had to deal with them in the southwest, which is supposed to have them.
I've seen a few in Florida.
That could be made bigger for rats
Rats are real smart tho, they’d figure out not to go in that really quickly
@@ethandejesus2916 Please search the US Patent Office for *Political Action Figure Traps & Snares.*
@@ethandejesus2916 Rats will hold the door in place, eat all the food, wave to the camera and go home.
Why no wild animal video? Does TH-cam prohibit it?
Also wondering where the videos of the animals eating the dead mice went
Or someone has been stealing his motion cameras, so he does not leave them sitting outdoors anymore. He lives in Oregon, after all. Look at Portland's crime rate rise in the last 4 years.
Yes
TH-cam is Big Brother
Thank God for Rumble
I don’t understand all the trapping and hunting channels on TH-cam show just about everything!

I love love this mouse trap. It's so simple. The springs on the wire mouse traps always break.

That's a neat *MOUES* trap, lol

Honestly, If I closed the door to get the bait, and then realized I couldn't get out? I'd feel like such an idiot.

I wish you showed the part where you feed it to animals
If you could please make a squirrel trap, that would be amazing. A squirrel is more of a challenge, and you would help a lot
of people.
It catches 'Moues'es
It's just comment bait
@@kfin45 😂😂😂😂 thanks 🙂
How do you open the trap to get the mouse out without getting bitten ?
The door falling is non-traumatic.
I prefer trap that do not inhumanely kill the creatures it is trying to catch
Nice - It looks like it could be just a tiny bit bigger. - Or MUCH bigger for rats/squirrels, etc.! - Cheers!
that is a Nice and simple trap
Looks like a bot fly on the back as well. Mouse has a lump and raised hair on the back. Might be a deformity however
Good work Crawdaddy.
When you catch a mouse with a live catch trap so that it lives but because it’s invasive so you have to kill it anyway.
It looks like a Black-6 lab mouse
So it’s a one mouse/ rat catcher
Shawn: "I will humanely dispatch it"
House mouse: trying desperately to get out
Shawn the dispatcher

wheres the video to the other AMOS trap?
That's a well fed mouse...🐀
Nah, those are because of the parasites.
How to stop the intrusion/ destruction of a boat by chipmunks red squirrels and mice??
RIP little mouse
This is a live mouse trap, I prefer the flat mouse trap.

That mouse was a little round.
typo in the thumbnail?
Moues?
There use to be a kids game called "Mouse Trap" LOL I just thought I would mention that!!
There still is.
Meh. There's so many choices, why set up a single-catch trap? If you're catching mice, you "Gotta Catch 'Em All".

Pretty sure he uses a CO2 cartridge in a chamber.
I’m still waiting for it to be humanely dispatched.
yeah plant a tree sir for cooking fuel or making mouse trap
wow, cool 😮😅

I wonder if it would’ve eventually chewed through the wire or the wood…
😅😅😅 wait it’s made in ohio
No more feeding the rodents to wild animals, I guess..........
💯💯💯💯💯🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Why do mice have such long tails? I could google it, but I’m feeling lazy. 😂
