You're welcome. You can drive up to these locations. However the park does close at certain times. I believe because of the pandemic, they close much earlier. I remember I was up there at 9 and I can still drive up.

There are plenty of places in LA for landscape photography. You'll love it. Santa Monica beach is a great place for photos as well. Enjoy

Go up mulholland a bit. You get Yhe Hollywood Bowl and downtown. Also try MacArthur Park

I heard Baldwin Hills Culver City was great for downtown shots. There is a hill people walk up over there.
