Although I find many of the characters on Brigerton interesting, I am particularly fond of Simon. The way he looks at Daphne makes me crave a man to look at me that way. Simon is beautiful not just because he is, but because he's a man that expresses emotions not just with his eyes, but verbally he says what he feels, and I find that sexy as hell.
True, that's what captures me with him. Over many love movies I watch I appreciate how he was able to .ake his eyes tell the tale. And he is straightforward (for the most part) and expressive. That character (IN ANYONE) is exceedingly attractive.

My faves are the Duke, Eloise and Violet Bridgerton. Lady Danbury and Daphne are right up there, too. Ruth Gemmell's portrayal of Violet is sharp, focused and very moving. No moment of her characterization is generalized. Each line, each expression, each turn of her body is so specifically drawn, she is a wonder to watch in this role. The Duke is a similarly gifted actor ... the arc of his characterization (and taking into account his bleached and emotionally void childhood) is beautifully drawn and realized such that by the end of the final episode, we can once more see the little boy who was emotionally brutalized by an uncaring father, step into the light in full vulnerability to accept Daphne's love in a leap of faith and confidence never known by him. It is a startling and brilliant moment of chiseled and complete internal characterization of the stoic Duke of Hastings. So well done. This series ought to sweep the awards season. I hope it does. Well done Shondaland.

I like Will Mondrich. The Duke´s friend in case you don´t remember. He is gorgeous and he is just as much of a fighter as the Duke minus the self righteousness and self pitty. He loves and respects his wife, is a team with her and he does what he needs to in order to take care of his family without wining or sulking or drinking and he is unquestionably loyal towards his friends. I get that the Duke has childhood trauma but i would still choose an emotionally mature man like Will over one who would put his anger and resentment towards his father above his own happiness

Mr. Darcy was a Conceded, Haughty Selfish person. The Duke was a Tortured Soul but, he had Compassion & Sensitivity toward others. He also had a Sence of Humor which Darcy didn't. Well if he did he didn't show it.

He is simply the perfect fit the Duke of Hastings. The Bridgerton brothers should actually sing together around the piano maybe during a Christmas episode. They harmonize so well together. Can’t wait for season two.

Simon is a dream. He makes you want to look at this show again and again. The face that tells you a man can really love and care for a women. A man can be gentle and misterious with the women he truly loves and still be called a man by all.
Thoroughly enjoyed this show from beginning to end. It was a very fun watch with the music, dances and costuming but the acting and the twists in the storyline along with Julie Andrews narrating put it over the top. 👍 Well done!

Simon is a dream. He makes you want to look at this show again and again. The face that tells you a man can really love and care for a women. A man can be gentle and misterious with the women he truly loves and still be called a man by all.
My favorites are: Penelope, Simon; The Duke, Lady Danbury : scene stealer and Eloise🥳🎉😂
Thoroughly enjoyed this show from beginning to end. It was a very fun watch with the music, dances and costuming but the acting and the twists in the storyline along with Julie Andrews narrating put it over the top. 👍 Well done!

Ridiculous not mentioning the Duke was in the reboot of Roots. He was incredible in that role.
My utmost favourite is Eloise , I just love her rebellious nature, she looks very young, secondly I must admit extended liking for the Duke , then the amazing lady Danbury. a wonderful cast and a wonderful story, have watched it twice already
