the military did kill her parents (the dodgers), scylla was a survivor, she didn't have anyone so she joined the spree. i think maybe because she hate the military the only community she could related to was the spree.
“I’m a loner, my parents died in the military. I’m 18 so I’m not a baby anymore so I need to grow up and find some people that I can make my family... I should look for some good people to grow a future with.. oh look a terrorist group! They look nice! They won’t make me kill thousands of innocents just to be on their side.” 🤦♀️ lol She had soo many places to go as an 18 year old she could of driven around the country find another group of witches to become part of a “community” u say but no she walked right into those doors herself knowing EXACTLY what they do.
@@kosmicnic She doesn't have a lot of places to go, normal people hates witches because of their fear. She lived in hiding with her parents as her protection. Once they were gone, the Spree was her protection. I do hope she'll have redemption from killing innocent people. Anyways, the army isn't all good anyways. Both sides suck!

I’m sure there are some people that don’t like them but she could of found any other coven or community but she chose to go to the spree. That’s the difference. They didn’t force her. She knew their tactics and chose to kill innocent lives. BUT I’m excited for her redemption! Season 2 will be amazing!
@@kosmicnic Yes, the old man thanked Tally for "fighting and dying" for their country because they're forced to join the army at age 18. It's illegal for them not to serve, there's no freedom if you're a witch.
@@kosmicnic actually thats not what happened. she is a second year cadet. her first year she was going to take down the army from the inside. the second year on that day she joined the spree. thats why she had to do the thing at the mall so prove her loyalty

Scylla was not forced to join the Spree. She joined because she believes in their ideology. It doesn't mean she has to agree on everything the Spree tells her to do.... BUT you'll know more about it later. ^^
Even if she doesn’t agree with all their ideologies she certainly believes that killing thousands of innocent people including children is just fine.. especially when she’s doing it with a smile on her face. If she felt bad or guilty she wouldn’t be so giddy after going on a murder spree (double meaning lol)
Kinda late to this but yeah what Scylla did was awful. However let's not forget she was a kid, orphaned, broken and full of vengeance. The Spree capitalised on her plight and manipulated into believing hurting civilians is a means to their end of hurting the military. I'm in no way excusing her actions but we can't ignore what got her there. The civilians have been executing witches for 100s of years same way the military have been killing those who refused the call, most of whom were also harmless. This was a war where no one was truly innocent.

When Old Lady Spree said that they cleaned up Scylla’s Porter mess, I understood it as they were the ones that actually “killed” Porter and not Scylla. That’s why Scylla’s face was in disbelief at the end of 1x3. I think she just wanted Porter to be all emo and shit, and not actually dead. I could be wrong.
That totally makes sense
In the after episode, Amalia Holm who plays Scylla confirms that she cast a depression spell on Porter to get rid of him aka kill him. The Spree just helped her not to get caught. That's why they said "clean that up".
*The old Lady Spree meant to say that they are the reason why dead Porter did not tell the truth, the only spell that Scylla did was made the room temperature higher because she got lack of time and almost caught that's why she got shocked when Porter didn't spoke the truth. Scylla was worried at the end of ep 3 because she didn't expect Raelle to save him and healing him aka linking also means that you'll get a glimpse the memory you were healing.*
I hope you enjoyed this episode, it is the last one where everything except shady Scylla seems okay. Nextepisode is going to be great and worse At the same time as till the Finale every episode will be 🥺😭 Prepare with your blanket for the rest of the season, Adam. You will need it. The episodes are great but there is so much and a lot, i mean a LOT, of emotions are going to come for you.

And raelle loves her now because she fell in love with this “idea” of Scylla which isn’t even real (yet) because scylla is an undercover terrorist.
