This is not a facility for minors who commit high tariff crimes. This sounds like a holiday camp. If this is the resulting loss of liberty for dangerous minors who are roaming Dublin etc, it's not surprising that society is experiencing the issues the new now see. This isn't a deterrent.

I wanted to ask about a report mentioned in this podcast (I think it was this episode, if not it was another very recent one). The report showed that almost all inmates in prisons are from a juat a few working class.communities. would you have the name of the report please?
