    This is not a facility for minors who commit high tariff crimes. This sounds like a holiday camp. If this is the resulting loss of liberty for dangerous minors who are roaming Dublin etc, it's not surprising that society is experiencing the issues the new now see. This isn't a deterrent.

    Great podcast lads. Many thanks for what you do. Its very much appreciated. I wanted to ask about a report mentioned in this podcast (I think it was this episode, if not it was another very recent one). The report showed that almost all inmates in prisons are from a juat a few working class.communities. would you have the name of the report please?

      There you go Tommy. It's from the early 90's, but we know it's still the same. Would love to see a more up to date, full audit of the prisons to get a bigger sociological profile of all the prisons.
