Dom did get lucky, but how the heck do u let crypt ghast sit there the whole game.
That was painful to watch. Especially when Ulvenwald Tracker was never activated and two copies of Chaos Warp went after other targets.
Bad threat assessment. Crypt ghast and magus of the coffers lasted way too long in a deck where the win con is basically always gonna be a big mana thing
@@phgtxxx5028 in any deck tbf. Allowing ur opponent to triple there mana is never a good thing

Is that difficult to keep creatures in front, enchantments/artifacts/pws in the middle, and lands in the back??!
I’ve never played against a player who keeps their lands upfront, but if I do, I’m probably targeting them first

Probably the only reason why it is so hard to watch this video lol
Even the rules state that board states should be clear and understandable at all points of the game. If in a four-player game if one player is keeping their cards in an order that differs wildly from other players, it is a soft violation of the rules. The same applies to anyone who keeps their lands in one stack. And now that I read more about it there is actually a rule stating that nonlands should be closer to the opponent than lands.

I think the Decklists in the Description are wrong.
I do like Toshiro Umezawa a lot, but I think, that the win cons are usually very bland, like exanguinate or torment of hailfire.
But great Game nonetheless!

i tried coming up with one without those since i got the secret lair with that nice art, but the best i could come up with was a semi voltron deck and trying to kill people with vorpal sword while clearing the path with destroy creature spells
@@Cookiemunster779 Well I do like the Idea of extorting everyone to death with crypt ghast or pontiff of blight. Then there is also Tendrills of Agony with storm. Revel in Riches is also an option, althought a bit clunky.
The wins I've seen off of toshiro are instants like repay in kind, the one that makes everyone lose 2 life for each life gained, and tainted strike. Love the commander because the opponents decks are it's wincons in games I've seen.
Is there a reason Drew only searched for 4 dragons and not five? Did she not have any other dragons to tutor?

Thats why i hate Exsanguinate or Torment of Hailfire. When i know someone is playing such wincons i have to focus them out of a game or else they win out of nowhere. Only counterplay against this is to play blue or a lifegain deck
PS Drew is a monster the way he places his Lands!
The counterplay is to actually do something to their board and not let them untap with mana doublers the whole game. Those wincons are only good when you can generate absurd amounts of mana

A slowish game, but fun nonetheless.
Love your channel muddstah. But this game was so boring to me. No interaction, no attacks. I was wondering how anyone was gonna win since no one did anything except land and pass. Ending was super lame

Reading the comments i saw lots of rage against some points of the video and style of gameplay. For these people, i have a thing to say: open your fuckin channel and do whatever you want to do there. Whats is the point to come watch a commander irl gameplay and just criticize all the time?
