+poikaa3 Mr Poikaa hello, thank you for your interest. The Stalker 9DX has the PC893 board with a MB8719 PLL and 2xMC14008 full adders. But The SWISS CB MK3 has the PB037 board with the TC9111 (9109) PLL-chip. Yes, the main circuit of SCB MK3 is very similar with the Stalker 9DX. Happy airwaves to you...
Yes, there are a lot of different CB radio rules from country to country here in Europe. Russia has 400 channels, Poland 240 channels, Germany 80 channels and our frequency range in Switzerland is 26.960-27.410MHz (CH 1-40, +-5kHz) MHz AM/FM/SSB: 4Watt / 12 Watt SSB PeP. The most of CB-radios are out of the law and only for export. Have a nice time. 73 & 55
Mister Eduardo hello, thank you for your interest on my channel. Of course, you'll find a SSB radio on Ricardo.ch. Be patient, so you'll find one . There are PRESIDENTS in the auction: www.ricardo.ch/de/c/funktechnik-40270/?sort=newest. I wish you good luck to find a good SSB-radio. Best 73 to you.
Externally that radio is the spitting image of the Uniden AX-144 with the exception of the FM mode, which was never approved for use here as we already had an FM mode for UHF operation. Sounds like the Swiss Government was extremely strict during the 80's and 90's in relation to CB's.
***** Yes, that so, furthermore: From 1977 until 1981, we had just 12 channels AM/FM with max 100 Milliwatts output power. From 1982 until 1984, 22 channels AM/FM/SSB with 500 Milliwatts output power. From 1984 until now, we had many different variants: 22CH, AM/FM/SSB (0.5 Watts), so 40CH, FM (4 Watts), so 80 CH FM on 934 to 936 MHz (5 Watts) but only until year 2004. From 1997 until 2012: 40 CH, AM/FM/SSB (1 Watt AM / 4 Watts FM+SSB). From 2012 until now, 40 CH, AM/FM/SSB (AM/FM 4 Watts, SSB 12 Watts PeP). Best 73's to you
Zeke hello, how are you. I'm not so lucky with FM. But the TVI/BCI is absolutely supressed. No Ghost voices out of all the radios in the neighborhood. But the FM RX is very noisy and gritty. My favourite is SSB. Have a nice time. 73 & 55
Copy copy ,, that's the radio audio line 341 it is then with some mk1 Jackson controls ,, so they didn't really make anything by the looks of it ,, basically stole a radio and put there name on it ,, well that's how it looks to me
The circuit board reminds me of the Stalker 9 FM-DX, mainly found in Western Europe. I have one here in the USA.
TNX! best 73

Hi, I also live in Switzerland, what would you recommend for CB SSB that I could buy around here?

I wish the FCC would legalize FM here.

Oh yes, the audioline 341 looks like the PRESIDENT Mc Kinley. But the Audioline don't has the SSB Mode. Best 73s to you..
