His smile and happiness when i play is what will ever make me favor him over other goats as Ronaldo/Messi (especially over Ronaldo, he sometimes does not even loomks like he is enjoying the game).
Yes. Ronaldinho is the best football player the world has seen in my opinion. People talk about Pelé, Maradona, Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, etc., but for me no one could match Ronaldinho. He could do stuff with a ball no other player has ever been able to.
Nah, not only Pele did it as Pele was Ronaldinho’s mentor and idol, the skills Ronaldinho uses are skills Pele inspired Brazilians of many generations to try and learn.
That reaction to the crossbar control at the end was brilliant. As a 10 year old in 2005 when that advert came out I was equally as floored. Majestical.
For a few years he was the greatest in the world, and he did it with a style and flair which made a whole generation fall in love with the beautiful game. The crazy part is he did this while partying and drinking pretty much 5-6 days a week, man was pure talent. Many of the players in this video he made look like kids, is some of the greats of the game, absolutely insane player in his prime.
I remember growing up everyone wanted to play like Ronaldinho. We spent hours, sometimes days, trying to learn a skill we saw him do. He inspired a whole generation.
One of the best players to ever play the game. He played for the pure love of football. 150 years of passion infused in 1 player. Pure joy to watch. George best in the 70s was something else. But the magician is Lionel Messi. Played with Groucho for a few years at Barcelona. If the ball hits below the sleeve line on the bicep, it's usually a handball. Ref decides if accidental or not. 85%/90% of the time the ref will give a free kick or if it happens inside the 'keepers box' it could be a penalty to the opposing team depending on which team is guilty of the offence. It's called the beautiful game for a reason.😉✊️
King of freekicks would be Juninho. Good reaction! I really enjoy how a lot of U.S. reactors are able to understand the dribbles, techniques and all. There are plenty of people here that watched the game all their life but can't. They simply don't see it, they just watch the ball go left and right whilst drooling.

Ian, what is it? A cat bit your tongue? You have no words to describe how you are feeling right now, have you. That is the effect Ronaldinho's skills have on people. I have seen him doing that with the crossbar like 10 times in a row ,live, during the warm up before Champions league game. He is one of a kind..
Ronaldinho's flair and joy on the pitch were unmatched! His skill and passion for the game made every match a spectacle. Looking forward to seeing more legends like Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Messi carry on the legacy. But let's cherish these moments while we can, as Messi's retirement draws near ⚽️🏆
Speaking of free kicks, here's a piece of his magic. The "barrier", that is the line of opposing players trying to obstruct the shot was expecting a high lob kick as usual, so he ran up and then kick it along the ground and _under_ the barrier. Goal.
There was a game once with Barcelona (Ronaldinhos former club) vs Real Madrid (the one, where Cristiano Ronaldo used tp play), where Ronaldinho made a Hat-Trick (Scored 3 goals) and the Real Madrid fans gave him a standing applause for the perfomance. That barely happened again, cause of the tension and rivalry. Ronaldinho is and Outstanding Brazilian magician.
Its 2002, i’m 14 years old and its the peak of summer in the UK and the World Cup is in full swing… Me and lads every lunchtime would play football completely negating food and would try to imitate the “flip-flap” in our Kickers… desperately trying “nut-megs” and blind passes… we were in love! Scorpion football was the big rage and we all wanted to be like that magician we saw on television at weekend… And then it happened… England pull Brazil in the Quarterfinals and the entire country is buzzing! Not only was everyone obsessed with Brazilian football on its own merit… Ronaldinho was who we all wanted to watch… the game was during school hours but the headteacher allowed us all to watch it in the school hall… He butchered us… i was devastated… he completely embarrassed us and put on a performance i think everyone who watched that match will remember… he finished the game off by scoring that goal @7.00 to knock is out of the tournament… It was on this day I knew… England are absolutely S**t at football and are never going to win a trophy in my lifetime 😝 Thanks Ronaldinho… 😂
Dont know whether you noticed but when Ronaldino is kicking the ball at the cross bar of the goal, (during practice))that it actually comes right back to him, for him to repeat and repeat. An absolute genius with the ball. What you have to realise, is that he's playing against pro's, which made him all the more remarkable. One the very great players that came out of the Brazilian side that won so many World cups. Truly a great ambassador for football, what a guy!
Futsal is incredibly fast paced and high skill based.. truly a show to watch ! Ball is smaller, field is much smaller, teams are also way smaller, lot of pass and very quick tactics
fun fact he is one of the top 10 highestgoal scoring freekick takers but then the master of it is his Brazil teammate Juniho with over 70 freekick goals. in football getting above 40 freekick goals are insane numbers, crossing 55 up starts to put u close to the legends. Ronaldinho was just so brilliant even in retirement he still produces magic
The adrenaline rush when scoring is a good observation. Football/Soccer is a low scoring game, where 1:1, 2:1, 1:0 etc. are common results after 90 minutes. That is why goals are so meaningful and make players and fans go crazy. At the same time, creating a goal when the ball is in the middle of the field can generally happen within 10 seconds at any point. This creates a constant tension despite the low amount of goals in total. Also, because single goals can decide matches it is more likely that the underdog wins than in a high scoring game like basketball, just because he was lucky once. This adds to the tension even when one team is much better on paper. Especially in the Cups, where low division teams get to play the 1st division teams, there are regularly big surprises and beautiful stories written, when an underdog manages to knock out the big boys :)
At the end the crazy part is not his tekkers (the keep up shit), it's the fact that he pinged it off the crossbar to himself multiple times, returned with perfect control etc. It's fucking insane. One of the best technical footballers ever.
Ronaldinho had a sheer joy for the game, even at the highest level. Not a competitive type of enjoyment, the way Keane and Vieira might've enjoyed clashing with each other, but a more innocent, almost childlike pure joy for football, for playing with the ball, for having fun. Ball is life, and not many embodied that spirit the way Ronaldinho did on the pitch.
Ronaldinho was for me, the most skilled player I have ever witnessed and certainly the most fun player to watch. He loved the sport but not to the extend to "sacrifice" his life. He wanted to have fun on and off the football field. So he lacked practice sessions and went for more parties than it was good for him. I wish he would have found a better balance to continue his professional career for some more years, so we all could have watched him for longer. But who am I to judge him? He made a fortune and had fun doing it. He still loves to play futsal. I wish him all the best and he remains in my heart forever.
Hello from Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. I've seen him playing just once, but i've had the great pleassure of seeing so many times at the stadium Camp Nou, The Goat, Lionel Messi. The best player of all times. React to some video of him, is unbelievable... When Messi was only 17, Ronaldinho talking to his friend, Kobe Bryant says "I will introduce you to the best football player of the world", Kobe responded "But you are the best football player of the world", and Ronaldinho said "He will be better ..." and it happen.

Ronaldinho made millions fall in love with the game.
Hearts of people is his biggest trophy.
He's one of my favourite players of all time. Not just for his immaculate skills, but for the joy he played with.
@@LeonardoPostacchini And Ronaldinhom was Messi's mentor, so there's an excelence chain here.
@@framegrace1 I don't see much of Ronaldinho in Messi's football. His main inspiration was probably maradona.
@@fernandaoXD Messi said once that he wanted to play like Frank Lampard. Not saying that he’s his idol, but he surely tries to be more like him
That reaction to the crossbar control at the end was brilliant. As a 10 year old in 2005 when that advert came out I was equally as floored. Majestical.
That golden Trophy at the start was the Ballon D'or, the trophy for the best player in a given year
No one does it like Ronaldinho, my favorite player of all time. And yup the last clip is the most jaw dropping clip ever imo.
He left you speechless, your reaction was awesome!!!
My favorite footballer of all time. Watching him was magical.
he was a very good soul too.
the "streets" series, so dope!!
Do more of these please! great to watch your football journey!
He was more an artist than a player. Unique.
Ronaldinho will always be remembered as one of the greats of all time. You should have a look at him juggling the ball blindfolded. 🔥
Ahahah, when you were amazed by the juggling, I was SO waiting for it! Although many years after, we all had the same reaction dude.
he is the king of an era... and the most fun player to watch... and assisted Messis first goal... legend.
I remember growing up everyone wanted to play like Ronaldinho. We spent hours, sometimes days, trying to learn a skill we saw him do. He inspired a whole generation.
2000-10 era football❤
The final vid showing him hitting the crossbar is special effects... it fooled the football community for years! lol
Yes, but it's only that part hitting the crossbar three times in a row which is fake. All the freestyle ball handling stuff is real.
@@kimmern999 say what ya want i think he pulled it off , untill i learn which part is fake
(the ball did he hit the bar , but not come back ? did he atually do it but not 3 in a row ? did he just volly the ball miss the bar and then someone dreesed in green through him a bal and cg magic? )
i think he did it and ok maybe some editing , maybe not mybe he did it i wanna see the tapes
if ozwald killed jfk and armstong landed on the moon ronaldinho did that lol
@@darrylbrookes2780 THere was a ball cannon on the goal that kick back a ball if he failed... all that removed on post. But he failed just 2 out of 5 times (I saw an unedited video on TV)
Yeah! Ronaldinho my all time favourite player.♥ It's something because I'm a Barcelona fan and for 15 years I watched almost every game of Lionel Messi who is probably the best player of all time.
Goal.
His a legend and among the hall of fame soccer player. He is a must in FIFA soccer game and also in my football manager.
Ronaldinho is like the one player you just can't hate. Also go check out his bicycle kick against Villarreal, it's out of this world
Its 2002, i’m 14 years old and its the peak of summer in the UK and the World Cup is in full swing…
Me and lads every lunchtime would play football completely negating food and would try to imitate the “flip-flap” in our Kickers… desperately trying “nut-megs” and blind passes… we were in love! Scorpion football was the big rage and we all wanted to be like that magician we saw on television at weekend…
And then it happened… England pull Brazil in the Quarterfinals and the entire country is buzzing!
Not only was everyone obsessed with Brazilian football on its own merit… Ronaldinho was who we all wanted to watch… the game was during school hours but the headteacher allowed us all to watch it in the school hall…
He butchered us… i was devastated… he completely embarrassed us and put on a performance i think everyone who watched that match will remember… he finished the game off by scoring that goal @7.00 to knock is out of the tournament…
It was on this day I knew… England are absolutely S**t at football and are never going to win a trophy in my lifetime 😝
Thanks Ronaldinho… 😂
Ronaldinho partied the night before games. It’s insane that he could still play at a high level.
Dinho was magic. He played, he smiled, we all smiled with him!!!!
It's usually called 'ball control', not handling ; )
Futsal is incredibly fast paced and high skill based.. truly a show to watch !
Ball is smaller, field is much smaller, teams are also way smaller, lot of pass and very quick tactics
Ronaldinho The best Football player in World ⚽️
Respect from Brazil 🇧🇷
fun fact he is one of the top 10 highestgoal scoring freekick takers but then the master of it is his Brazil teammate Juniho with over 70 freekick goals. in football getting above 40 freekick goals are insane numbers, crossing 55 up starts to put u close to the legends. Ronaldinho was just so brilliant even in retirement he still produces magic
at the end there when you went speechless... now thats the perfect reaction to Ronaldinho
I'm watching football about 30+ years.
He was "the Chosen One".
can't believe this legend is going to come to my country this year to play a legend's game
Ronaldinho was truly the best when it comes to pure skill
Ronaldinho made me love this sport
.. look for this video " Ronaldinho Football's Greatest Entertainment "
Ronaldinho's dribbling is magical
He's the reason why a lot of people love football
Ronaldinho, aka The Smile of Football, is the reason why I fell in love with football when I was a kid. I started to follow him during the 2002 World Cup and became his fan when he signed for Barcelona in 2003. What a player 🔥
PS: Loved your face when you realized what he was doing bro 14:06
Do Zlatan Ibrahimovic, you won`t regret watching him doing the stuff nobody else did...
He’s insane. We Brazilians call him bruxo ( wizard), totally absurd what he done while he is playing
This dude use to go to pratice in a hangover, sometimes drunk. His partys are legendary here in Brasil. The only thing he loves more than football, is women. He basicly won everithing a footballer can win wile enjoying his life like a playboy, like no other player was able to do it. Greatest lengend from Grêmio FBPA.
He's the smile of the sport
Ronaldino played in a great Brazilan side that had other great forwards like Ronaldo and Rivalido . They were called the three r's , they were a joy to watch and won the world cup in 2002
