St. Augustine city tour plus Nights of Lights

- We are Mark and Rad, a travel couple based out of South Carolina and this video showcases St. Augustine Florida.
To start this travel VLOG we did the Night of Lights tour in St Augustine. Every year in November they place millions of Christmas lights and decorations around the city and it was beautiful. The Old Town Trolley offers a tour at night when you can appreciate the magnitude and beauty of them all. The next day we visited the famous Ponce de Leon Fountain of Youth and drank water....which was actually pretty good. The Fountain of Youth Park has a lot to offer, they have live cannon fire at the top of the hour and has lots of historic relics to see. Walking around downtown St Augustine was such a cool experience, this is the oldest Town in America and has a lot of first things such as the oldest school house in America, the oldest house....and the oldest Fort. This brings us to another thing we did that is worth a visit....Castillo de San Marcos Fort. This is the oldest fort in North America and it was never defeated, it changed hands many times but when you visit this National Landmark you can feel its historical significance. If you have the National Parks Pass you get in for free with 3 other guests. Saint Augustine has so much history but also the food, we loved the restaurants this city had to offer. We recommend the Floridian and Sainte George Restaurant, both were amazing. We hope you enjoyed the video and we hope you visit this city and see all it has to offer. Thank you and safe travels.
