Supergran was a kids TV programme, I remember reading that book at primary school. Never understood why Mary Jane Girls never made it big here. A gorgeous cover from Alison Moyet. Don't get me started on Billy Bragg (I don't agree with him politically). EastEnders needs no introduction. It just started then. Still on TV now. Not as popular but watchable. Everyone knows Axel F! I always thought Strawberry Switchblade were one hit wonders! That Tears for Fears track was robbed of a #1. Sugar Walls is more known for a very dodgy X-Factor audition in 2007. I could be here all night listing favourites as its a group of heaven line-up. My absolute winners are 'Love Is A Battlefield' by Pat Benetar. A classic rock track and a singer that should have got more attention. Some love too for 'Roses' by Haywoode. A great slice of British funk pop and the brilliant 'Everybody Wants To Rule The World' by Tears for Fears.
@@some.random.baldie2111 Those "Bad Auditions" have aged REALLY Badly, esp. when Ariel the Holistic Vocal Therapist killed herself and Zoe "I didn't want to sing a Pink song!" Alexander went public with the producer manipulations that led to her infamous meltdown...
@@Rtotalmagic Bloody hell! I knew Airel died but didn't realise it was suicide. Didn't she have health problems for a whole? It shows how things have changed and how the truth has came out.
