Everything else is covered in detail with part numbers in this video.

Thanks a ton for doing this video! Just bought a TL8 with 3,400 hours on it. Looking forward to doing all of this, this winter
You are welcome! Enjoy your TL8!
You make it look easy
I curse takeuchi engineers when i change oil
You are very talented
Thanks for the video
Thanks!
Great job man!! Just picked up a TL140 the needs a little TLC. Lol.
Thanks! Good luck on your TL140. They are good machines
Great video, I didn't watch the whole thing but I can tell others will find it beneficial. The new paint looks great and glad to hear it's running better 🍻
I appreciate the hound out of it man! It may be helpful to someone. Good practice for me too lol
@@JustinBiddix was like repairing a space ship to me, I am still practicing on fixing snow blowers and mowers lol 😂
nice work Justin
Thanks a lot!
Great video man ! Just bought a TL8 with 3800 hours i hope it's a good one hahaha
Thanks! Mines been a great machine. I’m sure this video can be informative to a lot of people with this machine. Glad I took the time to make it. I’ll probably reference it myself in the future
Don't know where you live but I would gladly bring my TL8 to you for service. Like the way you are so thorough. If you would be interested let me know where to bring it and how much you charge.
Thank you! I was in south GA but relocated to western NC now.
Where did you order your filters/parts? What oil did you use in hydraulics? Your video is very helpful. Thanks!
Thanks! I got the filters from a Takeuchi dealer. Also sometimes use a kubota dealer for the kubota specific filters. I use rotella 10w30 diesel engine oil for the hydros.
this was likE a good shoRT FILM i HAVE A T L 8 YOU KOWN HOW TO GET AFTER IT GOD BLESS GOOD WORk
Thanks! I really appreciate that
Do you use a dump trailer to haul your skid steer? Great video by the way .
Thank you. I have used a dump trailer. I use a flat bed trailer more often.
What a phenomenal video bro I really appreciate it. Just got a well used TL150 and this is going to help me. I love the paint recommendation can you tell me how much you went through on that paint job and did it apply well with the brush? I don’t want to spray or use rattle cans I like your idea.
Thanks! I’m glad it’s going to help you. The paint job was pretty easy. That paint applied extremely well. I think I used about half a quart in both of the different grays and not even a half quart on the red. The brush applied it really well. It’s a little time consuming but it works good. I didn’t want to get over spray on everything with a rattle can
Thanks I’m going to do the paint on mine for sure I already have a quart of each in my cart just waiting for you to reply. First I have to address a pinhole in the fuel tank where one of the hoses wore through.
The old TL150 looks brand new now I can’t believe it! I still have to finish the cab but what a difference it makes. I just use mine for personal use but I can definitely see how in your case it makes a much better impression to the customers. Once again I really appreciate the video and if it weren’t for you I’d have never know you could do a decent paint job without spraying. Yeah there are some lines but it’s totally acceptable and people are amazed at my little lipstick pig now. 😂
hey Justin
I see your familiar with the TL8. I just picked up a 2013 tl8. It used to be a rental. Every TL8 I've seen in many videos and pics is white. mine is factory Green. Is there any significance to it being different in color? also, I want to thank you for this video, I will use it to do a complete service on this tl8 before I put it to use.
Congrats on your new 2013 tl8!
A green TL8 came from sunbelt rentals. Sunbelt rentals orders most of their rental equipment in a green color as part of their branding strategy. I think that’s literally the only difference. Exact same machine. Just different color.
What’d you use to remove the majority of the concrete from the machine?
The hard stuff I used a chisel and hammer, a lot of it was un-cured. So I was able to use water and a screw driver to scrape and work it all out of the tight spaces and I also used a shop vac, it was a bit of a process.
@@JustinBiddixI’m in the same boat with the same machine 😂. I’ve been using a chisel and hammer. Definitely a process 💪. Thanks man!
What weight engine oil did you use?
t4 15w 40 i think
