• 1 Pork Hock
• 1 Beef Shank
• 600g Beef Brisket
• 4 Cubes of Bun Bo Hue Stock (asian grocery)
• 2 Onions
• 2 Shallots
• 60g Ginger
• Mince Lemongrass and Lemongrass Stick
• 85g Fish Sauce
• 25g Salt
• 28g Vegetable Seasoning Powder
• 2g Monosodium Glutamate
• 80g Rock Sugar
• 2 pack of bun bo noodle (asian grocery)
