Hey Rob, So I have been watching your videos a lot and I know your topic is clothes and a clothing brand, and that is your bread and butter. However I feel you could really apply a lot of these wonderful ways of thinking and experiences with your clothing brand to lots of types of small businesses. not just clothes. Im just saying this cause maybe you could bring in more eyeballs by not always saying clothing brand, but rather just brand🤷🏻‍♂️ im trying to start a business making mugs, tumblers, and high quality items for WWII enthusiasts. But your videos have really helped me. so thanks👍🏻

What about who does the printing? And what type is it? How much per item?
Atm the guy I got has got my stock for two weeks and hasn’t replied to me. I’ve got few more orders to do and I can’t get my othe stock back. And now bc of prices going up on everything. I have to make changes to prints and type of print probably. I want to do it myself by it cost a bomb.
Yeah I can advertise etc but the print quality and material is key.

You can find someone on fiverr to do it for you. I recommend shopify or Wix

How’d you go about getting influencers to wear your product and get you a picture of them wearing it? Could you run it down for me?

A fellow canadian here. How do you suggest charging for shipping? Flat Rate, by weight? Canada Post rates range from $18-25 bases on the dimension of the polymailer/box and weight. With just starting out offering free shipping on orders $100 and over is not feasible wirh low margins due to small order counts.

Just curious, when you enter into an agreement with an influencer to give them free product in return for some social media posts, do you have them sign any type of contract or how do you make sure they deliver?

What if you’ve been building and planning your brand for a few years only to now discover that there are other clothing brands that have the exact same name as your brand? And my audience is different to theres? Can i still use that name for my brand still?
Ps. And they have trademarked the name. Can i still use that name for my brand?
What steps should i take if i cannot use that name considering all the planning and designs already

Geez being doing step 1 and 2 for the past 9 months....50K a month in sales....be nice to just get $500 a month. Dont forget about the little people who are stuggling just to make ends meet. Mentoring would be great without payments or groups.
