How to convert a CM108 sound card for Allstar use

This is a short video on how i converted a CM108 sound card for Allstar , Made so it can be swapped or the radio swapped over easy .
Component list
2x 1N4148 diode
1x 4k7 resistor
1x Transistor ZTX108 (i used a ZTX220) or any NPN transistor that you can squeeze between the sockets.
