I tried this method yesterday, and it did work. Wound up betting red, in 1 hour 30 mins was up 265. Did have a couple big bets that had me on edge, but for all the hate on this method, I’m a success story, well at least for that day.
Same thing here, had 80 to spare. Put everything in, won a little bit. I've done this for a couple of days. Won 1000 at the end and i kept playing and thinking you cant lose. Everytime you double you lose more then the intake. I have lost my 1000 winnings up to 0,10 cents.
T C his math is wrong, you have to lose 7 times in a row compared to winning 7 times in total. The probability of you winning once before you lose 7 times is higher

Ive seen that alternate Red & Black sequence hit 12 times - Ok, I guess, if you have the bankroll to cover it... ie. 1x 5000 units as a round figure & you'll be betting 2048 units as a single bet on the 12th spin; so if youre betting $10 a time , thats a single bet of $20,480 on the 12th spin needing a bankroll of $50,000 to cover it , & the losses up to that point. Listen guys stay away from gambeling. I have seen guy who lost over 100k within half hour playing same strategic he plays red and 14 times in the row black comes and after 14 times twice 0 comes. From 18 to 35 i lost well over million pounds and now am struggling with my life and money . If i didnt gamble i could have few business by now so stay away. I stop gambling few years ago . I would advise if you lose 4 in a row, sit out for a while. Recently I've seen black come out 16 times in a row; at the time I was betting on black so hooray. Last time I was betting on red (since it was the hot color) and black came out 8 times in a row, 9th time was the Green 0, and wiped out my $345 profit.
It works! Until it doesn't. The chances of losing 8 in a row are slim, but sooner or later it WILL happen. And doubling your bet every time, it doesn't take long to drop like a lead weight. The only thing I can recommend is, bet small stakes, play for a bit of fun, stop when you've lost your pocket money, and leave it a while before you play again. I made £10 last weekend, and another £10 today. I'll probably play again next weekend. Who knows I might lose. But I only play to win or lose a maximum £10.
The biggest problem with this is that I was at MGM in Detroit and I sat there and watched a whole bunch of folks lose serious money as black hit 17 times in a row! It was very sad seeing people just abandoning caution and putting all there money on red saying "It has to hit!!!" In that short sequence that casino cleaned out a bunch of folks. This strategy is good if you know when to get up and leave and have a good bankroll. I go to the casino, play this strategy until I've won a few hundred bucks and leave.

If the strategy does work for a little and make you 20 grand can't you put 10k in the bank and keep risking 10k and if you lose you lost 10k but still have ur 10k profit?
The house advantage at roulette is over 5% no matter what number or color you bet on or method you use. However using basic strategy at the blackjack table, the house advantage is less than 1%. Baccarat is even simpler and gives you much better odds than roulette. Craps is also good odds. There are ways you can use probability to your advantage however at the very least you need an excel spreadsheet that automatically updates the probability when you enter the recently hit number. It only gives you an extra 3-5% advantage on European wheels but that's enough to profit long term. There is a youtuber that teaches you how to make this spreadsheet but I will not link him here. Also you can't bring a laptop into a casino. You'll need someone on the other side of the phone using the spreadsheet to tell you which "count" you should bet on (the sum of the 2 previous dozens for example). You also need to figure out the count in your head or on a piece of paper if you're allowed. The data on your friend's end will automatically update with the count and if it's well below expectation, that means it's more likely to hit... You have to be extremely patient for this to work. Best thing is, you'll come ahead with profit over time without having to use negative progression (increasing bet size). Negative progression only increases your odds of winning and profiting faster in the short term and doesn't guarantee victory and long term can potentially steal all your money. You have to have "stop losses" WITH a +EV using these algorithms I'm talking about to profit because even with the edge over the house, there are still bad luck streaks thats why you have stop losses and youll still come ahead through time.
Casinos use a max bet limit. You will quickly reach this limit by any exponential betting, doubling, tripling, etc. There is a name for this "system". It is called "Gamblers Ruin". Some casinos will let you place a single very large bet, but don't allow doubling.
If you're not pressed for time and you have patience, you can always wait and watch for a streak. Once the table his hit black or red or even or odd 5-10 times in a row, then start betting on the opposite.

Your modified strategy would have you break even for every win on the 3-7 bets just for the extra spin, meaning the only way you would make money is on the $10 or $20 bet. On the other hand, doubling after every bet would gain you $10 on every win. But like the people say, losing 7 in a row happens all the time.
Switching what you bet on makes no difference in the outcome. Each spin is an independent event and if you're betting a 50/50 doesn't matter where you place your chips. There is no such thing as a "streak" which most gamblers swear they see or sense. There is simply the probability that any spin will win. For your pile of 7 It's a simple .5*.5*.5.*.5*.5*.5*.5=.007813 likelihood of 7 spins in a row matching or 1 in 128 or 128 sets of 7 for 896 spins and you're guaranteed to lose your bank. Leaving the table and coming back makes no difference either. If you play the game more than 896 spins total during your lifetime you'll lose. That's why casino's are still around.

12 years ago, I read a system where you use an online casino, and you keep spinning the roulette wheel without betting. You wait until you get so many of one color in a row (I think it was 8 or 9) and then you start betting on the other color using the martingale system. I did that, and it continued to roll the same color. I think it was up to 15 in a row, and my bets were getting too high. I was just losing. I'm pretty sure the online casino was cheating.

Better system. Play 5 chips every spin, 1 on group of 6 at 5-1 odds. The other 4 on any 4 numbers at 35-1. You have 10 numbers covered out of 38. You have to hit one of your 4 35-1 bets atleast once every 7 spins to get a head, the 5-1 group of 6 spots pay your money bact plus one, basicly a backup bet. Works for me
Start with $5 then 10 then 20 then 40 then 80 then 160 then 320 then- well then you cant bet 640 because the table is nearly always 500 max bet when the minimum is 5. As a mathemetics student I have looked into the martingale system myself, and I can tell you, a losing streak of 7 or more happens way more often than you think. This is NOT a viable strategy, please don't use it.

The martingale system is best played if you double your bet after you win not after a loss, I'm my opinion. If you make 3 consecutive losses followed by 3 consecutive wins using a negative martingle you win 3 units. If the same happens with a positive martingale you win 4 units. It's much better to play positive expecting win then play expecting to lose. let's say your first 5 spins are a win you would win 31 units with a positive martingale compared to just 5 with a negative martingale

The fundamental problem with any Martingale system: every roulette wheel has a betting limit, a ceiling. If you catch 8 red's, or 8 low's, or 8 even's in a row, you lose it all with no chance to catch up. The whole problem: the odd's of 8 or 9 in a row of any binary choice is very low, but it happens and that will wipe out your winnings.
if you wait for 2 or 3 or 4 red /or/ 2 or 3 or 4 black in a row before you start your betting you'll get into the 10th and 11th chance/bet ,, but i agree with you these long runs still happen all the time ... i personally have only seen a 11 in a row once in my 200 or so hours of playing roulette , but i can only imagine they actually happen multiple times on every table every single day we're just not there to witness it , so it's still just luck if it works in your favor
FYI, you can use a spouse or friend to override take limits. Just have them bet the necessary amount for you. It usually only gets you 1 or 2 more spins though...
If your strategy is doubling every time, don't expect it to be too successful. Tables usually, if not always have limits. Your losing streak will be problematic when you hit the table's limit.

If you bet e.g $1 on dozen (1-12) then bet $2 on the (19-36) in the European wheel while applying the martingale strategy to cover up your losses and then use the paroli strategy to increase your earns is almost a perfect strategy tbh. I think the odds of a repeat of odd or even and/or red or black goes like this: Every 121 spins an even money proposition is likely to repeat 8 times in a row once. This comes out to.48% probability, less than 1/2 of 1%.
I did the math on this the odds of getting 7 in a row are 8 in 1000 which means 1 in every 125 games you will lose the $1000 if you could bring it to 8 it is much less riskier where it will happen once every 250 games so yes it significantly decreases you chances of losing but making $10 profit off risking $1000 is not reasonable

Better than most really, works alot better switching from color to color I usually go rrbrbb. Of course it has it's losing streaks. But if you manage to gets some ideal runs it has around a 130% win rate. So you win +30 units for every loss over time.

Look for a dealer hitting more on one side of the wheel than the other using the previous spins light up board and place your bets using the chevron pattern that shows that half of the wheel. I helped open 7 casinos in 3 states.

A good strategy encompasses , : sufficient bankroll enough to cover expected / calculated loss sequence & recovery, a betting algorithm (eg: red-red-black -black etc) , a staking system ( Martingale not recommended ! ) with a recovery mechanism ( you need to be right on top the maths ! ) , and a stop-loss point that is (hopefully) based on a acceptable percentage of winnings/profit attrition.

The chances of not hitting your colour 7 times in a row are in fact high if you play regularly. Happens to me at least once a day. Once I even got 9 losses in a row, so you gotta decide when your loss stop would be before you start the next round of Martingale.
The chance remains at 47.33% no matter how many spins, as the events are mutually exclusive. I.e. the chance of hitting 7 reds in a row is the same as hitting 7 blacks in a row
I always feel it’s better to jump on a colour that beat you, then stick to that colour until it loses then jump to the other vice versa.. reason for this you have a chance of riding the same colour win streak

You forgot about the high and low lol... I don’t start betting until theirs a streak of 8 or more.. betting big at ten in a row. Basically an enhanced martingale because I see 7 in a row happen pretty often

I usually look at the tree and I don't see "0 or 00" I play that table with a $400 stack of $10 and place one chip on each of the two numbers "0,00" and usually hit by the 9th roll.

Honestly I've just been betting on just the hot numbers and I've been coming out ahead. I walked up to the roulette table with $30 and got it up to $300 betting with only the 5 hot numbers. And 24 black was hot on my table too the same as it was here. About every 5 spins or so I would win and I won $36 so it didn't take me too long to rack up some cash. It's just so crazy how certain numbers will repeat themselves.

I would advise if you lose 4 in a row, sit out for a while. Recently I've seen black come out 16 times in a row; at the time I was betting on black so hooray. Last time I was betting on red (since it was the hot color) and black came out 8 times in a row, 9th time was the Green 0, and wiped out my $345 profit.

It works! Until it doesn't. The chances of losing 8 in a row are slim, but sooner or later it WILL happen. And doubling your bet every time, it doesn't take long to drop like a lead weight. The only thing I can recommend is, bet small stakes, play for a bit of fun, stop when you've lost your pocket money, and leave it a while before you play again. The house advantage at roulette is over 5% no matter what number or color you bet on or method you use. However using basic strategy at the blackjack table, the house advantage is less than 1%. Baccarat is even simpler and gives you much better odds than roulette. Craps is also good odds. It only gives you an extra 3-5% advantage on European wheels but that's enough to profit long term. There is a youtuber that teaches you how to make this spreadsheet but I will not link him here.
Also you can't bring a laptop into a casino. You'll need someone on the other side of the phone using the spreadsheet to tell you which "count" you should bet on (the sum of the 2 previous dozens for example). You also need to figure out the count in your head or on a piece of paper if you're allowed. The data on your friend's end will automatically update with the count and if it's well below expectation, that means it's more likely to hit...
You have to be extremely patient for this to work. Best thing is, you'll come ahead with profit over time without having to use negative progression (increasing bet size).

Switching what you bet on makes no difference in the outcome. Each spin is an independent event and if you're betting a 50/50 doesn't matter where you place your chips. There is no such thing as a "streak" which most gamblers swear they see or sense. There is simply the probability that any spin will win. For your pile of 7 It's a simple .5*.5*.5.*.5*.5*.5*.5=.007813 likelihood of 7 spins in a row matching or 1 in 128 or 128 sets of 7 for 896 spins and you're guaranteed to lose your bank. Leaving the table and coming back makes no difference either. If you play the game more than 896 spins total during your lifetime you'll lose. That's why casino's are still around.

12 years ago, I read a system where you use an online casino, and you keep spinning the roulette wheel without betting. You wait until you get so many of one color in a row (I think it was 8 or 9) and then you start betting on the other color using the martingale system. I did that, and it continued to roll the same color. I think it was up to 15 in a row, and my bets were getting too high. I was just losing. I'm pretty sure the online casino was cheating.

Play 5 chips every spin, 1 on group of 6 at 5-1 odds. The other 4 on any 4 numbers at 35-1. You have 10 numbers covered out of 38. You have to hit one of your 4 35-1 bets atleast once every 7 spins to get a head, the 5-1 group of 6 spots pay your money bact plus one, basicly a backup bet. Works for me

The martingale system is best played if you double your bet after you win not after a loss, I'm my opinion. If you make 3 consecutive losses followed by 3 consecutive wins using a negative martingle you win 3 units. If the same happens with a positive martingale you win 4 units. It's much better to play positive expecting win then play expecting to lose. let's say your first 5 spins are a win you would win 31 units with a positive martingale compared to just 5 with a negative martingale

The fundamental problem with any Martingale system: every roulette wheel has a betting limit, a ceiling. If you catch 8 red's, or 8 low's, or 8 even's in a row, you lose it all with no chance to catch up. The whole problem: the odd's of 8 or 9 in a row of any binary choice is very low, but it happens and that will wipe out your winnings.
if you wait for 2 or 3 or 4 red /or/ 2 or 3 or 4 black in a row before you start your betting you'll get into the 10th and 11th chance/bet ,, but i agree with you these long runs still happen all the time ... i personally have only seen a 11 in a row once in my 200 or so hours of playing roulette , but i can only imagine they actually happen multiple times on every table every single day we're just not there to witness it , so it's still just luck if it works in your favor

I think the odds of a repeat of odd or even and/or red or black goes like this: Every 121 spins an even money proposition is likely to repeat 8 times in a row once. This comes out to.48% probability, less than 1/2 of 1%.
I did the math on this the odds of getting 7 in a row are 8 in 1000 which means 1 in every 125 games you will lose the $1000 if you could bring it to 8 it is much less riskier where it will happen once every 250 games so yes it significantly decreases you chances of losing but making $10 profit off risking $1000 is not reasonable

The chances of not hitting your colour 7 times in a row are in fact high if you play regularly. Happens to me at least once a day. Once I even got 9 losses in a row, so you gotta decide when your loss stop would be before you start the next round of Martingale.

Honestly I've just been betting on just the hot numbers and I've been coming out ahead. I walked up to the roulette table with $30 and got it up to $300 betting with only the 5 hot numbers. And 24 black was hot on my table too the same as it was here. About every 5 spins or so I would win and I won $36 so it didn't take me too long to rack up some cash.
