That way it doesn’t burn your hair as much.

    Your natural hair is beautiful 😻
    Ignore the "heat damage fanatics", with any use of heat they start the "heat damage" accusations. And..
    There's nothing wrong with washing hair in the sink. Isn't "washing" what sinks are for??? Some people just don't want you to be great 😘
    I used to sit deep condition under the dryer every time I washed my hair (1x a week) and my hair grew to the longest it's ever been (mid back). I don't know how we get out of the habits that work 🤔

    Keep the hair at the nape moisturized and seal in the moisture. Cornrow that area until it grows out to the length you want. Be sure to use satin pillow case at night to avoid any friction around your edges and nape. As a matter of fact, avoid any things that would cause friction/dryness in that area. Hope this helps.

    Wow. I don't think I would have the patience to do all of that. I wash my hair, condition, put in an oil based leave in conditioner, let it air dry. Sometimes I'll straighten it but I generally just put it up for work. If I have a night out or a function, I'll straighten but there's no way I come do what you do. That takes patience and results are worth it! Beautiful. (And who gives a fudge where you wash your hair! Don't worry about it or comments on it. Its their jealousy at such a beautiful hair result!)

    I hadn't heard of some of those products and probably wouldn't have given them a second glance on the shelf. I might try some out when I finally get brave enough to do my own silk press. If you can find dupes that are more natural I would love that. I desperately need a trim since it has been more than a year (since before the CV.) Maybe that can be one of your upcoming tutorials. Your hairs looks very healthy and strong. You might want to considering doing a hot oil treatment ever so often with olive oil and a steam cap or a hot towel (old school.) Also, your videos kind of remind me of Mahogany Curls when she first started out. Your sub to view ratio is amazing so you will definitely hit 10K before the end of the year. Keep at it!

I've definitely had heat damage before and know the difference. Ppl are crazy lol. The sink is the best place to wash your hair. Who wants to deal with wet hair and body just to do a blow out the process to do the hair is already a lot. Do you girl, I don't know anyone who hasn't had their hair washed in a sink. I would like to suggest doing a hair mask or using a deep conditioner with heat for about 20-30 mins with each wash especially since you said you have your hair in braids for long periods. May i first say you are absolutely adorable and beautiful. I mean you can actually be related to my family..lol beautiful head of hair..when I was younger I would get bored and try whatever I saw in the magazines WAY BACK IN THE DAY..lol. protect your back "kitchens " from drying out due to your pillow cases or wool hats , for some reason the edges and the kitchens are the most sensitive and so we must tie our hair up in a bonnet or silk / satin scarf and make sure our head coverings stay clean,,I use to twist or braid my back at night and sometimes for a week or more just to give it rest from being manipulated with styling, it really works.. you seem to know what you doing.. when rockin natural hair looks keep the back super moisturized and twisted no one will see it anyway..

  • @drusso1022
    @drusso1022 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hello, yes it’s the nape of your neck. A banana peel rubbing it on your hair and skin will absolutely make it grow like within days. Also always a final rinse with distilled water. Very important. Banana peels in jar of distilled water half ripe ones. Let it sit for 2 days then put it in your fair leave it for couple hours. You will not regret it.. my daughter has the same hair as you. Beautiful. It also works as many other health benefits.
    All of the nutrients from peel will leach into the water and grow your hair and it’ll be softer then anything else you’ll ever use.
