I have been playing he game since beta on PC ( Back in 2015. ) .. I have basically been a survivor main at one point and switched to killer main. ( The survivor main part was fairly short lived as I mostly used that time to farm BP with the map.. Back when a win was just based on BP earned in a match.. and the maps where insane for BP gain. )
I do not feel hitting someone on hook especially if you just do it once as being toxic.. If you do it continuously then yea I would consider it a little toxic. I will sometimes hit someone on hook to basically cut off the scream. ( So I can hear other survivors who I know are close or at least think are close. Sometimes I will also cut the scream sound by hitting the hooked player just because the sound sometimes hurts my ears.. Specifically characters with really high and loud screams. )
I have found that overall most survivor mains have no clue what its like playing killer. They also are overall very much like little babies to me. I have a term for all their crying like the ones you shown.. Baby Rage. Its a term I came up with back in the days I used to play Starcraft 1 and Fighting games professionally. Also played SC2 competitively but not to the pro level.. I faced pros before but I have only one once against said pros.. That was also around the time I had a major surgery that further made me not be able to really compete on the same level I needed to if I wanted to keep going :(
