REST IN PEACE 😭😭 im 23 years old and i was raised on rock and roll. Jack Russel is one of the greats. You will be missed dearly. Your music will never die !
Great white rocks. I saw them open for Judas Priest in 1984. Mark Kendall is a phenomenal guitarist. He can shred . His riffs kick ass. To me Great White should've gotten more credit they are a killer band. Long live metal.
Rodney Brimer I saw the same tour, Priest is my favorite but I love these guys. They are always lumped as "hair metal" for some reason. Along with Tesla they deserved way more than they got back in the day.
+thebreeze12 We definetly agree on music. Judas Priest became my band when I heard Screaming. Great White when I saw them open for Priest Mark Kendall and Jack Russell both were great. Tesla/RATT/Skid Row/megadeth ect. My bands of my teenage years I still follow today. Rock on!
I grew up in southern California (orange county) and Great White were played on KNAC all the time. They were a great live band and this is an awesome song. I miss music like this. I like some of the newer rock bands but man, there were no bands like the 80's bands. ROCK ON!
I loved these guys in the 80's and continually dip back into them when I want some solid rock. This is one of my favorite songs to break my guitar out and jam along with.
Excellent bands like Great White are still putting out albums! Support your favorites and give the record companies the finger and buy shit your favorite bands from the good old days are releasing! ROCK ON
Saw them last week in Denver - still one of the absolute best bands in rock and roll. Pay attention little ones - this is how it should be done. Powerful thudding rhythm, hooky guitars, meaningful but not whiny lyrics, an actual melody! and a killer voice. This album didn't get enough attention 'cause grunge was starting to take over. They didn't play anything off this album at the bar last week, but it was still a near-perfect rock show. Go see them!!
I was fortunate enough to see Great White warm up for White snake in the 80's at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas. I'm also privileged to say that Jack Russell follows me on CSR Racing via Twitter. In my mind, they were great then, and even better now. They never reached a peak as a group, or received due recognition,. why? Because that's what LEGENDS do,.. they live on forever.
...like i said in another post..i grew up with Jack & Mark..(the original' from, Dante Fox...wow thats a blast from the past...any ways..where was i ..lol..)....This is ONE of there best muscial peices....love and miss you ..Jack & Mark
Was always a fan of Great White...after seeing them in 84 open for Judas Priest...and over the years...Never heard this track..that I remember...Your right..great song!!!..good rockin track. thumbs up.
They are one of my favs but I am a product of the 80s. This was definitely one of the best of not their best......and yes I saw them 4 times 3 of which were bar venues where they rocked the best!!
I have seen them 7 times and 6 of the 7 were in arenas/outdoor sheds, and then saw them at Al Rosa Villa in Columbus Ohio..kick ass..last time was 2 years ago with the SCORPS in Cleveland..met them and they were dead on..GW kills
I totally agree! As a professional Band Photographer! I had the chance to meet and interview the Band as well as doing photos for them! I saw them in concert here in Boston! It is so sad that they broke up due to that horrible fire in Rhode Island! I honestly don't blame the Band! I blame the stage crew for messing up the lighting effects! Why blame Great White? To me, they got set up!
Don't care if someone has n attitude but I've loved Great White right from the start, and kept on loving them. Even tho they've went their separate ways, I will always love them still 💛💜❤
Most of my music tastes are from the 1970s but there are some more recent bands that I really like. Great White, Motley Crue, and Metalica are just a few.
All time fave Great White tune and its parent album, "Psycho City", simply cannot be beat... Screw Grunge for stopping such powerful classic Hard Rock instantly dead in its tracks...Still as long as there are Rock loving strippers with good taste in peeler music, well, perhaps underrated tracks such as these will forever live on in infamy!!
Back in 1996 Bret Michaels said it best when he was asked what happened to the music. He said "MTV stopped playing the videos". It was decided for us, and the lemmings followed.
Another song I never knew there was a video for. Of course this song came out in 1992 around the same time MTV decided to change the "M" from Music to Moronic TV
Man I remember 1987 vividly, "Once Bitten" was a fukn monster. They carried it into 1992 with some really killer music. Shame what happened in Rhode Island, so many lives ruined from what was an avoidable accident. This band (Jack's version as well as Mark's) was never the same after that tragedy.
I was driving to work and i think this song was the last on the cd or maybe just on that side, but, anyway, I thought the cd was done and I got startled when this song began. Well, I heard someone honk their horn at me so I looked to see that it was a cop laughing at me. I had my windows down and he could hear it. but hey, it's okay, I didn't get a ticket for the loud car stereo.
I agree with jdcloch........GW along with Tesla were the 2 bands I thought deserved much more than what they got back in the day. I love the guitar tone on this tune!!
Right on man! That's what I like to hear. Everything from the mid 80's-early 90's all got lumped into the "HAIR BAND" label. A lot of good music came out then, also a lot of bad,but hang in there and keep at it.

You’re right. Very heavy. Very metal.
Such killer power cords - love Kendall's playing. THANK GOD I grew up with this music.
Fuck man couldn't agree more haha
@@davemader1707 what you said brother!!👍
Mark Kendall is truly a GUITAR MASTER!!!

Rian Ramos think i saw them at jezebels

psycho city is by far their most kick-ass album
love it
and i've been listening to it on the road for so long...dude...
That's damn true!
Once dedicated this song to a soon-to-be ex-boyfriend. Well, I played it in my car as I drove off. Had it cranked!
I loved these guys in the 80's and continually dip back into them when I want some solid rock. This is one of my favorite songs to break my guitar out and jam along with.
Can't believe these guys aren't more well known in the music world, it's like Skid Row and Acca Dacca had a lovechild 🤘
Another favorite.. I guess you can say Great White is one of my favorite bands from this era…
They are one of my favourite bands...PERIOD! 😉👍
Excellent bands like Great White are still putting out albums! Support your favorites and give the record companies the finger and buy shit your favorite bands from the good old days are releasing! ROCK ON
*I Wish We Could Say The Big Goodbye To 2017 And Hello To The 80's Again!!*
You know, I'd rather say goodbye to this twat year of 2020!
@@bublok Couldn't agree more.

Jack Russell is a awesome frontman..

this was such an awesome band to listen to.
Still is
Love these guys still
Raise your hand if you wish there was ONE band out there still making music like this. Today's so called music fuckin blows.
Was always a fan of Great White...after seeing them in 84 open for Judas Priest...and over the years...Never heard this track..that I remember...Your right..great song!!!..good rockin track. thumbs up.
Not all "hair metal" is created equal, and this proves it. Yes, it certainly is one of their best.
Psycho City is where it's at, one of the Best rock albums ever IMO, sure kicked any grunge bands ass :)
A hidden gem from a great band
Saw this band, with these players, in Mich. & Cali. back in 80's. Underrated for sure, good hard R & R no BS!!!
I agree--one of their best tunes. Desert Moon is right up there too.
Absolutely!
They were really on the top of their game on this one.
Some of the nicest people you'd ever meet, or know. And great musicians to boot.
They are one of my favs but I am a product of the 80s. This was definitely one of the best of not their best......and yes I saw them 4 times 3 of which were bar venues where they rocked the best!!

one of the most under rated bands of that era.
This is and always will be my FAVORITE GW song!!!!!!
Sooooo lookin' forward to Rockin' The Rivers 2011 - Montana!!!!!!!!
Godamn, this song is badass!! Great White fucking rock.

Badass song been a fan from the beginning
Great White is one the best, most underrated bands to come out of the 80's. Fucking awesome!
love that riff in the chorus!
Another song I never knew there was a video for. Of course this song came out in 1992 around the same time MTV decided to change the "M" from Music to Moronic TV
Great White's #1 song in my opinion. Great song!
