To mark 120 years since the Entente Cordiale was signed members of French Republican Guard took part in the Changing of the Guard ceremony today at Buckingham Palace. The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh represented King Charles. French Garde Républicaine marched into the Buckingham Palace forecourt to Changing of the Guard Ceremony today, 8 April 2024. The first time a non-Commonwealth Country, in this instance France, has taken part in the Changing of the Guard Ceremony.
This Chanel has videos from the practice sessions which shows all that occurred inside the gates of Buckingham Palace during the single day of practice. There was no royal presence for the practice.
