People sleepin on Kareem Abdul Jabbar. If you too young to know him, I recommend looking him up. 6 rings, 6 MVPs, the greatest scorer of all time, still #1 in points, who else can do the sky hook, UCLA titles, been to more Finals than MJ, dominated not just the 70s but the 80s as well. I can go on and on. Only difference is, Kareem didnt love the cameras and the spotlight like MJ did.

JD T I don’t think Michael loved the spotlight the spotlight came to him he’s was so great!! Kareem is an all time great for sure unbelievable stats not arguing that but I’m still rolling with Michael Jordan. You have to remember also Michael Jordan could have been number 1 in scoring all time if he had not retired twice 93, 99. He retired twice but still managed to finish 3rd all time in scoring that’s just added point.

@@cyclohext Nobody is sleeping on Jabbar. Jabbar has 6 rings but not two 3 peats like Jordan.
Jabbar has 6 rings like Jordan but only 2 finals MVP against 6 finals MVP's to Jordan (nba all time record).
He has 6 regular season MVP's but in one of those MVP trophees, he didn't even make the playoffs, so that's BS. At best, he should have had 5 MVP's. Jordan has 5 MVP's but should have had between 6 and 10 and everybody knows that. For example in 1997, they gave it to Malone for no rational reason (litteraly).
Jabbar has 6 Sporting News MVP's (MVP voted by the nba players), Jordan has 7 (nba record).
Lots of players did the skyhook, nobody mastered it like Jabbar but remember, Magic is the one who saved the Lakers with the Skyhook against the Celtics in 87, not Jabbar.
You said Jabbar dominated the 70's and the 80's? Jordan dominated the 80's and the 90's (better eras).
What else do you got? Jabbar didn't love the cameras? I think he did (and still does), he's just not as god as Jordan in terms of how to handle himself in front of them because he's too shy. Jordan doesn't love cameras either, that's why you almost never seem him appear in front of them, but cameras do love him.
What else do you got? Scoring champion? Jabbar has 2, Jordan has 10, despite retiring 3 times (the reason why Jabbar is the most number 1 but nobody believes he's a better scorer than Mike, not even himself).
You said you can go on and on, what else do you got?

Michael Jordan faced 7 of the top 10 all time scorers. 9 of the top 10 all time block leaders. 7 of the top 10 all time assist leaders. 8 of the top 10 all times steal leaders. Faced a much tougher era of defense with hand cheking allowed & harder fouls etc. MJ is still considered the 🐐 by most people 2 decades after his retirement, that says it all...
