I got so into this game...day 1 I got most my perks and now I will play till late at night and from early in the morning. This game just needs the ability to build around the houses and stuff too
@@americantruckeringermany8394 I have all the dlcs I finished the last 2 just not the pet update one, wasn't a fan of the houses you had to do up tbh lol
For a game named "House Flipper" flipping houses doesn't really give you much 😅 I just enjoy the entire process of decorating a house. Don't care about money
i did this when i started house flipper. It kind of ruined it so i had to start over again. becuse as i started wanting to renovate and make really nice houses i had sold all of them. I have since started a new profile and have been renovateing every house to look really nice and it has been a lot more fun.
nice video, still have no idea how you made 26k on that one property.. my first 2 sales.. i've made $450 (and that after putting ALOT of expensive things in there) and then i sold one for $2k profit. game is crazy how you can make $8k after cleaning a garage but $2k after renovating an entire house. maybe I need to save up and buy $98k+ properties, then the profits get bigger.
Yeh sometimes it's a little bit silly with the price difference, sometimes I've made quite a lot then other times iv made very little, not sure if they have put the prices down when doing this now I haven't played for a while
@@SammieBug good news, i listed my 3rd house but paid attention to the needs of buyers while i was renovating. it took alot of energy to renovate that house. painting outside and inside, furnishing, etc. i totally forgot the place had no kitchen after i was nearly done. its only a 40m place. but anyway, it was 11k profit without negotiation. still, its easier to make money doing jobs but its house flipper, i dont get it.
@@americantruckeringermany8394 yeh I usually do the same, normally intake time and make them all look nice and then sell them, this was just a fast way of trying to make some money for the more expensive houses :)
Seems so random on profit. My first house i decorated too much and only made 1k profit. Negotiated 6k extra luckily. Second house i just picked 1 buyers likes and did the minimum to tailor to there likes and made 30k with negotiation. Then some odd jobs net 22k and others 5k. Never really know what you get.
Ive gotta say, and this is in absolutely no way sexist, like 90% of the girl gamers I come across on youtube are just the worst people, fake over the top personalities to try and hype up the thirsty bois... You on the other hand? Dont change! I actually sat and listened instead of cringing and turning off the video. You'll get the subscribers in the thousands eventually just don't give up

Yeh I agree I have said from day one that it would a good idea to bring that into the game
@@SammieBug i belive there are some dlc's one for gardening, not sure what else.

Good tips! These types of games almost force players to come up with strategies like this.
Yes they do, I enjoyed just going on and trying to make profits from the houses :D
This is what happens when a traditional and responsible housewife come into gaming cameo! lol
haha well what can i say :P

Yeh it does, I have two files I go back and forth from, that was just one way you could make money from it :)
@@SammieBug I restarted long before the update of dif profiles was released.
You seem to have talent building/flipping homes

You should i just got that too!:D
@@SammieBug I'm HECKIN EXCITED
Sammie, you look lovely. I don't think there is a need for the bright red lipstick, maybe go for a lighter, softer shade. Thanks for the tips!
They usually accept about like 15,000 in negotiations
You are soo good you deserve 50K subscribers
Thank you 😊
I don't understand why you don't sell the plumbing also.. you could get much more money???
I think I left it just so they had a bathroom, but yes thats an option to make more money too :)
How to make the most money in house flipper.... Trash the whole place XD Joke's, you did a brilliant doing up the house at the end.
Thanks ruff!
Great to hear a northern accent

audio is way too quiet, aim for -12db in your editing software
This video was taken a long time ago when i first started, Audio is a lot better in recent videos :)
Did they take the garden hose out of the game?
I have no idea i havent played it for a while tbh lol

How did you get the that Hose
Should get it when doing the garden
Can we be friends
@@ZACHHOCKEY87ONYT sure
And how do you get mower
@@ZACHHOCKEY87ONYT that should also be with the garden pack when you're stood in a garden
Too bad this doesn't really work like this I tried this and all it does is sell for a lot less
Unless they have changed it i have never had a house sell of less when i do it like this
I just told her your way and lost $20,000 on a house.
Thats a shame, usually that never happens, never had that happen to me before
