Yay!!! So happy that you are getting more subs! The new people won’t be disappointed! I love seeing your favorite things even when they include items outside of Vera. Tagging other bag loving TH-cam creators is great! I have absolutely loved watching their video responses too! Let it SNOW! ❄️😉❄️
Congratulations on your 100 subscribers Amber. I’m so glad I found your channel and I am one of your subscribers. I always enjoy your videos they are a lot of fun and informative. Thank you so much for showing 😊
Great video as always! So many cosmetics, it’s hard to keep them straight…congratulations on 100 and most especially for having the cutest co-host ever!! Since I just enjoy everyone’s videos but don’t do any myself, I’m going to leave the contest for others!! I hope your daughter feels better very soon!
Congratulations on reaching 100! I think I subscribed when you had in the 40’s! I would love to see some of your Vera Bradley collections-crossbody, handbags, vintage, travel items-are some category ideas. 😊 I love your honesty and tips when reviewing an item. Snow!
Thank you so much, I appreciate that more then you know!! 🥰 And I'm definitely going to start doing my collection videos very soon! So many ideas for videos and so little time to get them done! 😅
Congratulations Amber! The first 100 is such a beautiful feeling! I’m so excited to see your channel grow 😍. I will refrain from participating in your giveaway so someone else has a chance to win, but I will say content wise - I’d love to see a video on the best things you’ve purchased since collecting, your top 10 favorite patterns, and things you can’t live without 😂 loved this video! I love their cosmetic bags and have a few medium and large cosmetics. Thanks for sharing! 💕💕
Congratulations on 100! It was fun seeing all the different cosmetics that Vera produced over the years. I’ll refrain from the contest too. Good luck to everyone!

I believe the lunch bag is called Lunch Date. I have one in Suzani. Definitely a better cosmetic piece. Great video on all of the comparisons. I actually favor the factory styles (also have many of both signature and factory). The factory styles are well made and pliable and seem to have more water resistant options.
Thank you for that info on the lunch bag! I couldn't remember it for anything. But I really like using it as a large cosmetic bag, it works really well. And I agree, I tend to favor/use my factory style cosmetics/pouches quite a bit more then the retail styles. I hope you're having a great week so far! 😊
I'm at 21 mins. in, and looking through your list in the description, I don't see mention of the Lay Flat Cosmetic...do you have that style ? I like it a bunch, very convenient bc of how wide it opens (plus, it has those fabulous double zippers inside, to separate the two mesh compartments). The cotton version only has single exterior zipper, while the PT version has double zips on outside as well.
@@amberthatgirl2001 OMG (just kidding, sort of) the Lay Flat Cosmetic is so nifty-I cut the plastic lining out of one and left it in another, so I have versatility/choices. Similar to Zip In Travel Case or Factory Zip Around Cosmetic, with the pair of double zip compartments inside-but deeper (measurement from front to back).
I'm curious-what would you say the "preppy poly" feels like ? It sort of resembles the thin nylon type material used on the Packable line. Have only seen that fabrication in still photos online, and can't really get a sense of what it's like. Re: the Elderberry smallish crescent shape case, is the interior like that "laminated cotton" found inside the Large Blush & Brush ? Edited-to-add: is the plastic lining of Elderberry like that clear plastic they use on the beach items (lotion bag, plastic tote, etc.) ? Don't have anything that has pattern on clear plastic, so am unfamiliar with that kind of lining/layer of material. Love the *different* color variations of Moon Drops interior and wish I had them all LOL but some are less common/widespread than others...
Yes, the interior on the little elderberry cosmetic is exactly like the laminated cotton on the blush and brush. I can't ever think of the right wording in these videos. 😅 The preppy poly is similar to the fabric on the packable items, but it's a bit thicker and not quite as "squishy"... It's definitely still very very pliable, just not quite as easy to crumple down but I think it's bc it's a little thicker... If that makes sense? And to me it has a little more of a matte feel to it.. I feel like I'm using the wrong wording to describe everything, but that's what's coming to mind for me. 😅🤦
@@amberthatgirl2001 I never would have come up with "laminated cotton" but it's the exact wording I found in the VB listing for Lg Blush & Brush (or the top section of Brush Up). Want to know what to call stuff so I can be precise & have words with which to make comparisons between known & unknown things (since I can't feel the fabric myself, to figure out what it reminds me of). And "matte" would describe PT, I think-with a finish/surface that doesn't reflect light in a shiny glossy way-so I'm guessing "preppy-poly" was a precursor to PT perhaps, before or during the time of Midtown line ? Wish there were a VB timeline we could consult to see when these various materials were available.
@@diaphanouswaffle yes! I always make the comment that I wish vera would make all the things in all the patterns, but I really wish they would just SHOW all the retired stuff. I know they have their "retired patterns" up for viewing, but it's not even complete. 🤦♀️ Then there is nothing for the microfiber colors that have been out over the years, or the different fabrications.. preppy poly, puffy, leather, etc. Super frustrating! Especially for things like this video, where I went back trying to reference the years these patterns/colors came out. I couldn't find 6 or 8 of them so I just went and asked the VB customer service rep. 😂🤦♀️ And yes, matte is the less shiny, more flat coloration... but I think I meant it as more of a feeling. 😂 Like, the PP isn't super slicky feeling, it's got a more "matte" feel to it. I swear, I can't think of a better word right now, but I'll find one. 😂🤦♀️

The one I got in majestic magenta came from thredup and when it arrived I noticed the front pocket was sewn on crooked. 😅🤷♀️ It still works just fine, and feels so soft and luxurious! Plus it was a great deal, too. 😊 Not near as good of a deal as you got, but still a pretty good one. I can't remember how much exactly, but I want to say somewhere around 6 to 8 dollars, so not too bad at all. Anywho, I hope you're having a great weekend! 😊
