Hello from France! Those are some beautiful crêpes! Because I developed lactose intolerance (a common trait among us Mediterranean people), I can't eat milk-based crêpes anymore. However, my maternal grandma saved me with her habit of preparing beer-based crêpes! It makes the dough lighter and easy to digest for us who struggle with cow milk. Since you enjoy baking, I've decided to share this tip so you can try and treat even more people with delicious lactose free crêpes! Also, it's possible to do half milk half beer, if you want!

There is nothing “Japanese” in this video. Everything you see here is of a European / Western style and origin. The creator is Japanese but the content is based only on traditional Western ways of living and aesthetics. You don’t need to move anywhere to incorporate these things in your own life (chickens, forks and spoons, knitted sweater, whipped cream & crepes lol). 😊
bruh this is not exclusive to Japan, in fact is harder in Japan because apartments are so small, owning a garden or something is soooo expensive
