Thanks, Babar! I always thought the Kirkwood gaps were a neat feature of the asteroid belt and wanted to discuss them here in light of my video on planetary rings. I created these videos for my students but am trying to grow the channel for a general audience so feel free to subscribe!

Scott didn't help me write it (I winged it without a script; I really need to stop doing that!), but he graciously allowed me to use a screen capture from one of his asteroid videos.
Our willingness to do something about it followed by "hey, you never know", made me laugh hard. I pictured a bunch of old guys 100 years from now in a global conference looking at shows on netflix on their phones and going like, hmm, meh.
