Thank you! Very helpful to hear all these high-level elements. For future, would you consider sharing more details of HOW you spent your money in each category? You did that in the misc. category and we could see for accommodations from the lovely tour, but, for example, entertainment..... everyone does different things for entertainment. Also, sharing what the noise level was like right by a tram, how you did with whatever language skills you had there, more specifics of how you all eat so we understand what the money spent was on, etc. would be enormously helpful. Thank you again for sharing! Really appreciate your time!
Thanks for the comments. We will not been doing any further cost of living videos going forward but if that changes, we will consider your suggestions. Cheers!!
Beautiful video! Thank you. We are visiting Europe after helping a new school open in Lviv. Slava Ukraine! We're in Krakow, also amazing. We will stay in Tallinn for February, hopefully longer after my Digital Nomad Visa application interview on Feb 1st....If so, then a trip to Nice will be immediate!!! Beautiful!!!
Nice video. Thanks for including the link to the apartment. Unfortunately, it looks to no longer be available. But please don't let that discourage you from posting accommodations in the future. Safe travels!
I was so disappointed to hear it was hot when you got there. One of the reasons I was looking at moving to Nice was I had read they have cool weather year round. But thanks for the reality check!

Great to hear month 1 went well and you enjoyed Nice. Accommodations look light, bright, clean and convenient. Looking forward to next stop.
Thanks Alison, we enjoyed Nice, happy to be here in Colmar.

We did go in the Summer Season, and so kinda expected the heat. If you are on the Promonade, the wind off the water is refreshing.
Check Nestor and Jeeves for apartments that are way less than this.
Who are Nestor and Jeeves and how do I check with them? Mercy.
Cute place, perfect size for two. BTW was there a tv?……..🤗🇨🇦
Yes it was! and yes, all the units had TV's.
that one room cost you 3700??? wow that is expensive
Yes, Nice is an expensive city, especially if you are on the Canadian Dollar. But a great location for day trips around the Cote D'Azure.
Canada is very expensive too perhaps a lot more unless you have your own camper and camp wild.
It does not help that the exchange to Canadian dollars is so high, but yes, regrettably, Nice/France is pretty expensive
Try Nester and Jeeves, which has more reasonable rentals in Nice, France.
❤❤❤❤
Acceptable cost for 2 in that location.
It was comparable to others like it in the area, so we were pleased.
