We love to travel! In years past, we have travelled to many places on vacations such as London, Paris, Rome, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Alaska to name but a few. As we are now retired and plan to travel extensively and share our Travels here on TH-cam for all our family and friends to experience it with us along the way. When we were younger, we took many road trips and often found ourselves requiring guidance/directions when we let ourselves get lost. We called those times adventure miles, and that always stuck with us. Please enjoy watching us get lost and find ourselves in unique and beautiful places around the world as we live out our travel dream and share them with you here. Cheers and enjoy the adventure!!

Our very first Airport Lounge Experience - At Skyview Lounge Basel

We visited 2 of the most scenic locations here in Jungfrau, Harder Kulm - Top of Interlaken & Schynige Platter - Top of Swiss Tradition. They were both beautiful and in our opinion, definitely must see's when here.

An afternoon at The Schilthorn in Switzerland - 2023

We had a wonderful time getting to and spending time at the Schilthorn, the filming location of James Bonds "In Her Majesties Service" movie. We took in the adventure in Birg and then enjoyed the Schilthorn awesome views, and spy themed playground.
A True Alpine Experience - Wengen Switzerland

We bring you along on a visual tour of our 3rd day here in Wengen Switzerland, where we visit the Alpine Playground here in the Jungfrau region. Our day takes us to Mannlichen, Grindelwald, First and Bachalpsee and back to Wengen to top it off with a Folk Festival. It was a wonderful day!
Jungfraujoch - Top Of Europe Switzerland

We visited the Top of Europe, the Alpine Playground that is Jungfraujoch in Switzerland. It was a wonderful experience and we share it all with you oaths video.
I was so disappointed to hear it was hot when you got there. One of the reasons I was looking at moving to Nice was I had read they have cool weather year round. But thanks for the reality check!
We did go in the Summer Season, and so kinda expected the heat. If you are on the Promonade, the wind off the water is refreshing.
WOW, another great accommodation! I loved it. You really have always found great places to stay which I'm sure is a top priority when staying for as long as you do.

Staying in Dubrovnik Heights, makes your stay also much cheaper. Dubrovnik Heights is 8 km away from old town Dubrovnik. The catch with Dubrovnik Heights is becouse it is in the town of Ivanica in Bosnia and Hercegovina 🇧🇦

Yes, Nice is an expensive city, especially if you are on the Canadian Dollar. But a great location for day trips around the Cote D'Azure.
Canada is very expensive too perhaps a lot more unless you have your own camper and camp wild.
It does not help that the exchange to Canadian dollars is so high, but yes, regrettably, Nice/France is pretty expensive
Try Nester and Jeeves, which has more reasonable rentals in Nice, France.
Beautiful video! Thank you. We are visiting Europe after helping a new school open in Lviv. Slava Ukraine! We're in Krakow, also amazing. We will stay in Tallinn for February, hopefully longer after my Digital Nomad Visa application interview on Feb 1st....If so, then a trip to Nice will be immediate!!! Beautiful!!!

How was it traveling during this time? We have wanted and planned to go in February but was told that it isn’t safe with what’s going on in the world right now.. did you feel it was safe?
We felt completely safe. We picked locations that we felt would be least impacted and did our research as to safest communities and picked accommodations there.

@@ouradventuremiles5782 next time in London during the day look for narrow roads and alleyways ( walkways ) , they tend to lead to old pubs , restaurants and shops etc and are quieter ( Covent Garden , Mayfair etc etc )

Fox and the Goose - Is that the one off Hanger Lane, Ealing? There is a really cute village 10 minutes from there.. did you explore around there?
Yes, that is the one, I believe you may be referring to Ealing Broadway, which we walked to several times, great little village with lots of shops and restaurants.
