Hi guys. Yes beware of Custom duties. My Umer has been stung several times by having to pay duty on parcels especially from Germany and Australia. .Not only has he had to pay duty but also a handling charge of £8 at the Royal mail office. Before lockdown I was so often at Stratford sorting office that the guys there know me by name and I don't have to confirm my identity. Lol. I suspect other P.o. Box providers will levy a charge as well as they are not a charity.. So beware!!! Best wishes from Chris 😊

We’ve had a few handling fees before too. Hopefully this new service works out well 😊.
