Another child killed by accident and the humans go nuts. If the child was deliberately killed then I could understand but this is ridiculously OTT. The aliens even realised their error and apologised, trying to make things right from the start.
I hate the stories where humanity goes berserk over a few kids dying, i understand ones where the aliens attack nursery ships/colonies. Lets take a step back, It's extremely hypocritical to go apeshit over 1 kid in an accident, when we sent entire generations to work the mines... Hell there are entire armies composed of children, fighting wars in Africa as i type this. HFY started strong with THOSE WHO RUN. Now every story is just a boomer power fantasy with "angry grandparents" or the aliens worst menace a "mom" 🤢
This was quite the departure from the normal hilarious insanity. This had a disturbingly dark side to it. Weaponized coffee? If you've ever had to try to get coffee stains out of anything, or seen what spilled coffee can do to the finish on a piece of hardwood furniture, you know that it's not as ridiculous as it sounds. Weaponized children's laughter? We already know what Ella Fitzgerald could do to a crystal champagne glass with just her voice. Yeah, this one wasn't the normal insanity, and it was very, very good.👍👍👍👍

Honestly it's a fictional story, if you don't like it move on.
