The ticket office you showed is actually a Kraków public transit customer service point and the train ticket offices are located in a concourse in the southern part of the station. Also, at Kraków Główny there is a tram stop underneath the station hall which I thought I would mention because it's very cool. Great video, can't wait for more videos from Poland.
Thanks! I really wanted to show the underground tram platforms but unfortunately I didn't have a lot of time at the station. My mistake getting the ticket offices messed up
PKP IC offers a very nice service with very comfortable seating. I used the EC/EIC to Warsaw recently and had pierogi in the dining car and nice Polish beer. Looking forward to my next trip on it!

different trains leaving from the same platform is really cool!
sometimes on really busy (or really small stations) you can even have two trains departing from one track in opposing directions (or one after another). This is mostly reserved for regional trains (they tend to be shorter) and it is presented as platform/track/sector combination. It requires either split signalling or written order but is very efficient. With cab signalling you can squeeze maximal throughput from rail infrastructure and it also makes transfer very easy for passengers.
I'm impressed with the price as it can compete with some low-cost flights depending on the season.

Thanks for taking another Train in Poland! Btw PKP has a secret that i can tell you actually! you can go to the restaurant cart early and order food early so once you come its ready! (It does not every time but i still wanted to tell)

When i was schooling💜one girl by the name of Rita use to come for tutions- she came for 2 years . Her brothers name was Simon / Samson Delilah.
I didn't realise the Wavel had been rerouted. Took it from Berlin to Wrozlaw (later on to Krakow) in 2011 - it then ran via Cottbus, not Frankfurt-am-Oder. Also, it was just FOUR coaches.
Gotten a lot busier since then!

Poor effort not to have toilet or towel paper and flush not working
there are usually 2 toilets for every passenger car so you could look around for a one in better condition, and better stocked, but the toilets should be restocked with paper on major stations. Honestly im more surprised if there is toilet paper when travelling with PKP, if you find one with paper towels stocked it's like winning a small prize in a lotto.
