- Grab a drink, some snacks - this is a long but good one! I wanted to film this video while things are still a little fresh in my mind, but I also truly wanted to provide as much detail as I could in case it could help one of you beautiful mamas! I didn't do ANY research about c-section deliveries and such little information is shared at the hospital, so I thought I'd share how it all went down for me.

Awesome thanks for doing this. I had the same experience as you did. Watching this video made me feel better as I am currently 5 weeks postpartum and working on my elevated blood pressure. I would also appreciate any suggestions to help with the elevated blood pressure.

hi i got bp when i was 9 month pregnancy and I had c section after delivery still am suffering from high bp ( right now 163/104) i am currently 5 weeks postpartum and am taking medicine 2 times per a day , please suggestions how to come back normal Bp and is it am i facing life long and it's go away. please reply

Roshonda Stuckey whoa, really! Have you talked to your doc? After delivery I had months of severe heartburn - so painful. Crazy how much things can change!
I went to Dr yesterday and everything seems like it’s going to be ok

Hello there I had exactly what you had but my blood pressure went back to normal after delivering but after I went home it went back up so now I’m under medication have your blood pressure went back to normal after delivering? I am so stressed about it
Aww! My biggest piece of advice is not to stress about it, because that will keep it elevated. Enjoy the newborn cuddles and take things one day at time. My BP did go back to normal eventually. Hope this helps!
Anum Rubec thank you so much for answering me back how long did it take to go back to normal and how did you know it went back to normal how long you stayed off medication for you to know it’s back to normal

Normal delivery is possible with high blood pressure?
Absolutely, but I would consult your doctor about this as every situation is different.

They monitor you well during a c section so they will deal with the bp
My b. P is very high after c section 11 days now I am very sad. I eat just sweet food.. My B. P 140/90
