Thank you Brandon for showing us the process again of how you cut, tumble and up cycle the old bottles!! Hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas ❤️🎄❤️
I love all of your video's! Seeing the bottles pulled from the rivers or ground then turned into these beautiful glasses is amazing to see❣ Thank you so much for sharing this with us.
Absolutely love seeing how you process the bottles and shot glasses! They come out so beautifully. Thank you for explaining the steps. Merry Christmas! 🎄
Beautiful. I saw a wind chim made from bottle necks. MAYBE you could too. I collect bits and pieces of old glass and put in jars. When the sun shines through it is marvelous.
I subscribed a few days ago after watching a creek walk video. I’ve been binge watching ever since. I like to metal detect and I make hand hammered rings out of junk silver coins I find. I’d love to start making glasses like you do. Thank you for the inspiration and the great content! Blessings from southern Illinois.
Great work. I suggest ear plugs. After fly helicopters in the army for 14 years, I've lost some of my hearing. You might want to hear your grandkids someday.
@adventurearchaeology your life. I understand. I was a machinist for 7 in the 1980-90s. Miss that stuff. Maybe I'll be able to get a glass one day. I'll keep and I out for the sales. Cool stuff ya do.👍
you can use painters tape around bottle where you cut is going to be it helps prevent damage, but not foolproof just an extra precaution its helps the edges from chipping !
You need to make a jig or cradle to hole the bottles. It would reduce the danger to you if the bottle breaks. Keep up the great videos! Merry Christmas to you and your family.
@@richardkrisher2793 Once you get a feel for it it’s not an issue. Thankfully I’ve been laying tile since I was 15 so It wasn’t much of a learning curve for me.
Really nice work shop you have. I'd be worried about the glass shrapnel flying off that blade. Can't it get in face, hair arms, etc? Thanks for the video
Can you take the left over pieces of glass to someone to melt them down and reuse the glass for something else (ie: glassblowing)? Or could your lovely wife use some pieces for her earring projects? Rashed glass would be the same as sea glass I would think, which people make jewelry out of.
Please wear ear protection when working with loud tools! My dad is profoundly deaf now and never wore any kind of ear protection or even ear plugs. You can’t get your hearing back once you lose it. You can even get an app on your phone to check the decibel level when that saw cuts through the glass.
@@b.slocumb7763 My hearing is pretty shot already. I worked for 12 years with high pitched frequencies around machines so it’s a bit too late for myself.
Very much enjoy these before/after videos! Please keep them coming (along with the other bottle hunts :))

@@shotdowninflames3466 using a wet saw is the key. The water keeps the dust and particles down.
What kind of acid do you use and where do you get it?
Where can I buy the whiskey glasses?
No hearing protection?
