Looks horrific! All patches should be done on the inside. Also heat gun with matching curtain patch works better
Absolutely! This guy just butchered that curtain but I've seen worse
Stormsure "TUFF Tape" is transparent so it suits any colour and is a polyurethane self adhesive tape. Ideal for this job.
Just use pvc cement with the same tarp to patch up the hole.
