_Oh my goodness, Linda! I was giggling as you were "measuring"!_ *You measure the same as I do!* Your BBQ sauce looks very good. I'm still harvesting rhubarb so this will be my last project to use it up. I don't have extra freezer space so I've been using it in all sorts of canning projects and dehydrating it. I hope you are doing well. Have a wonderful week and God bless. Mickey 😊
Thanks for sharing, this is an awesome recipe! Everyone who has had it loves it. The only thing I did a little different was I used my immersion blender because I don't have a food mill.
This is so delicious! Thank You! Can you please post a video with making this BBQ sauce with rhubarb and fresh tomatoes also. Would like to try that also this fall.
I made a rhubarb BBQ sauce last year but not enough to can. This year I have my own rhubarb plant but am not sure when or how to harvest… some advice says not to harvest the first year. I got an established one gallon plant from a nursery it seems older that this season. Any advise?
I love my canner like yours.....It makes life so easy.....I am nearly 67 and the lifting becomes more important. Set mine right by my sink , as well. LOVE IT !!!!! I folks seeing this are on the fence....go for it. I made chili, a huge corned beef and cabbage dinner, bone broth, ...this thing is a WORK HORSE. Name of the food mill ?????? Did you get a new frig????
The electric water bath canner has made me go back to water bath canning. I hated lugging the heavy canner back and forth to the stove. I first saw it at our county fair in 2019. At first I thought it was a dumb idea,, but when I thought about it and researched it. It made sense.. So I ended up ordering one. And I love it!
I need to make more BBQ Sauce but don't have a food mill. Which one are you using? I need to invest in one to also can my tomatoes for tomato sauce when they ripen.
Surprised, watching you I thought I'd use my Victorio strainer to separate the juice, pulp, & sauce. I love it. surprised you want to sell it. My food mill is more difficult.

If using whole tomatoes for this how many pounds do you think?
Could you use fresh cherries instead rhubarb?
Looks yummy. Is this recipe in the Ball book?
If I want to use fresh tomatoes instead of ketchup, how many tomatoes do I need?
YUM!
I'm making it right now! I added a little more sugar....
This looks very tasty💜💜 now i need to find rhubarb 😋😋 I just ran out of bbq sauce..
how do you make it smooth without a mill ?
Since I don't have a food mill, can I use my food processor?
