i get this error any solution ? ERROR: Cannot uninstall 'simplejson'. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.
@@robinayinikat if I browse to the IP I get the Apache default page, if I goto Ip/dashboard it is “not found”. Also only http works https does not work, for ip/identity it says “service unavailable “. Ubuntu VM Machine has 8GB ram and 8 cores and 7.4GB free disk space after installation.
it doesn't have password, or you could just give password reset command for stack user------- passwd stack and thn leave blank for the new password and try.... check point 4 - did you run that command

Looks like a file is missing..please re check the installation
Ok tried again with a different command to switch users and it’s installing now. I used sudo -u stack -i
Did you install on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS? I am trying Ubuntu 22.04 LTS but i can't get in dashboard. Firefox page give a error.

when i type the host ip in browser it shows problem loading page but other websites are working fine
check the host IP you have mentioned in the configuration file.

Connect to the internet directly. i mean dont use proxy. do an apt update and upgrade then reboot and then try installing.
sudo apt purge python3-simplejson
later do the same for pyasn1-modules

Logs look good 👍except error installing Python pip then exit code 1 seems like very end of script
