  • Diastasis Recti safe stroller workout that will make your thighs and booty burn! This is my go-to stroller workout because you will be constantly be moving to keep your baby happy (and scorch fat)! If you are currently on my 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan, this can be considered an additional supplement to the plan and use it as frequently as you wish because it is Diastasis Recti safe and convenient to have your baby in a stroller with you during this workout.

      Aww that’s so lovely of you to reply! Thanks! I have a 26mo and a 7mo 🥰. I’ve been examined and I was told I have diastasis recti, so I was looking for a workout to help me with that when I came across your channel! I’m in London and gyms are closed at the moment, so your vids will be great help! I also loved to see that you have workouts we can do with kids, as well as this one with the buggy! And I’m excited for all I’m still to find here! But yeah, for now I’m basically looking for quick cardio followed by abs (DR) while my littlest one naps! 😉 Love from this side of the world! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

    Just finished the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan and LOVED it!! One question, my gap is still about 1.5-2 fingers width after the 12 week plan. Should I just repeat the phase 3 exercise or do you have any others?

    I live in the city so long distance walking is not an option for me, what would you recommend for this step? I'm a stay at home mom.

    Twisting is fine for diastisis recti??

      Great question Dani! Controlled rotations are just fine in this form, such as a warm up. What you need to avoid is rapid twisting (such as Russian twist) or rapid standing twisting exercises, such as opposite elbow to opposite knee.
