Gonna attempt to tackle this task over the weekend, with the help pf my 12 year old son, for some "father/son quality time". Having trouble getting him away from using the damn cell-phone/i-pad all day. As a matter of fact, I'm planning on having him do about 85% of all the work while I supervise 🍻 Great video! Thank you for posting 👍👍
This video was very well done! You’ve explained everything with easy to follow and thorough detail that is overlooked by many content creators. Thanks so much!
Great tutorial but I have a couple of comments for the 2016 SRX. First the screws in the fender well are not "phillips" type. They are a very small "star" bit screws. Second, on the bottom of each head lamp are plastic components that need to be transferred onto the respective "replacement" lamps. Lastly pick up some replacement "Trim" buttons. I had a few break due to age. Otherwise perfect accuracy so Thanks very much TRQ for putting together the video.
@TRQ Excellent video instructions, thank you for sharing. Will the Cadillac adapted forward lighting feature work with these headlights? I purchased a 2016 SRX last week and can not safely drive at night. However, I read about the AFL feature in the user manual. Since I haven't experienced the feature, it will not deter me from purchasing the recommended headlights.

This video is spot on! I didn’t have the wipers on the headlamps so we didn’t have to mess with that . Cadillac SRX 2014. Great Job on the video!
I surely appreciate your tutorial. You made this job so much easier with the step by step and tool recommendations. You are a great teacher.

Excellent video. Followed it step by step and the job was not difficult.
I found your instructions almost perfect for my repair. Only my 2016 SRX had Torx screws in the wheel wells. Great job! 👍
This video makes it look easy
Great video. Used it as a guide to replace the headlamp assemblies on my 2012 SRX. Easy peasy. Thank you very much for the guidance! 😊
Very good 🎉 now all I have to do is take the transmission out so I can change the air freshener on my mirror and do a timing job for the blinker
Great video. Thanks. Took me about 3 hours. Had to reuse a plastic spacer below the lights since my new ones didn’t come with one. 2014 SRX
Why would they make it this difficult 🤦🏾♀️

Nô wonder Detroit can't compete! What a nightmare! Pitiful engineering. KISS
You sir are a good man. Thank you for the great tutorial.
Why do the GM engineers hate mechanics so much? This could have been designed so much better.
Is there a way to change from HID to halogen?
Nice job! thanks for sharing.
Took us about 2 hours on a Cadillac stx 2015. Having a Chevy Malibu helped a ton. Lol Thank you.
Thanks you saved me a bunch of $$$$$
