Same here, I ended up having to CAP MY FPS TO 30, or else the game has a ton of input lag in some situations where it would come close to it.
I saw a visible gain in my stats when I did it, too!
Edit: In case anyone's wondering about what specs I run the game with, I play on a ryzen 7 5800U with 16 gigs of ram.... At 50% of 720p.
