I'm so excited for this episode!! I'm curious how you're able to secure such great guests, it has to classify as a super power at this point.
It's a fun one!!! Get excited!!
love Greg's work, i can't believe he's currently showrunning/writer/director on Shudder series, Creepshow, he worked on Creepshow 2 with Tom Savini and Howard Berger as well, love his work on The Walking Dead and its spin-offs
Nicotero is such a cool person and relatable if you're a creative type. I think practical effects and digital effects combined are always the best solution to me. And as someone who loves drawing but also loves making 2D pictures from other art on apps or editing my art digitally I still feel conflicted about full on AI art so I completely understand how he feels.
Wow his imagination is kinda epic but you guys got pretty freaking scary putting these movies universes together
His dreams are interesting 🤔
Thanks for inviting him ❤
Ha ha - we did get a bit scary, you are right!
You guys have to have Tom Savini on soon !!! This episode was awesome !
This is a great interview. I’ve seen/heard Greg Nicotero’s name on so many things before I’m really excited to hear what he says!
He's awesome! Glad you liked it!
Great insightful interview. Thank you!
Thanks - he's a great guest and very game when playing our game!!
I loved this episode Greg Nicotero is a Legend, if his name is attached to a project that's a big enough selling point to me
I remember watching Walking Dead for the first time and just having my mind blown that something could look that good, especially the Bicycle Girl Zombie I hadn't seen anything like that and couldn't believe my eyes, and then there were the Walking Dead Webisodes they used to do that I believe Greg Directed where you see that Zombies backstory and even the effects in those short TH-cam videos were such a high quality that I didn't think could be done, especially for a TV Series which at the time you'd expect them to look cheap compared to movies but TWD was so incredible it surpassed what even Film could do in many cases he really is a Magician with the effects him and his company make
Oh geez, I'm so behind. Keeping up with the powerhouse of artists, your show keeps getting better and better. Thank-you.
Thanks for listening
@@ScreamDreamsPod I love the show. I'm always a couple weeks behind, but that means I get a whole day of Scream Dreams! It's a real treat to hear these incredible artists talk about things very close to them, dreams are so personal. What I really love about your podcast is how relaxed and open everyone is. It always leads to deeper conversation. Thanks again for sharing your old friends and new friends with us
Greg Nicotero is SO cool😎
The Coolest!!
Just curious if any of the episodes have brought up sleep paralysis, as someone who deals with it frequently which isn't actually that frequent but more then one would want. Would definitely be fascinated in hearing a convo about that
Also love the podcasts so far I'm just really behind and jumped ahead to ask this question
I think we may have touched on it once, but not in great depth. Good idea for future show! Glad you're enjoying the eps!
