Top 3 reasons to order the non-sasquatch OBX.
    1. More likely to be built than higher trims.
    2. You want the High or Lux package.
    3. You want the 2.7 engine.
    Other reasons:
    4. Available E5C with adv 4x4 and rear locker without Sasquatch package.
    5. Best cloth interior.
    6. Stock A/T tires are quiet and lighter, resulting in higher mpg.

Thank you very much for taking the time to make this comprehensive video. It’s rare you see someone this knowledgeable of a product taking the time to demonstrate their expertise as a free benefit to the community.
One question - what is the vehicle height of a 4 door outer banks model with Sasquatch package and hard top? I’ve spent an hour searching online for the answer, and haven’t found a reliable answer.

I wanted to order a Bronco Outer Banks 2 door but was told to expect a 2 year wait, so I ordered a Bronco Sport Outer Banks instead with CoPilot 360 Assist+, Moonroof, Tech Package and Trailer Hitch. I ordered it September 15th and it is scheduled to be built the week of November 21st. I'm not an off-roader, either would be a daily driver.

Don't believe everything a dealer tells you, you can potentially order and get a 2 door OBX sooner. It's not that straightforward, but it is possible, getting it ordered at MSRP is a challenge - but doable.
It all depends on allocation available to the dealer that you are ordering from. However, if you are not going to be off-roading, in many ways the Bronco Sport might be the better choice for you.

@@mpeugeot No off-roading. I was told the 2 doors are the hardest to get and I wanted a loaded Outer Banks. Yes, I think the Bronco Sport will be fine. I'll be trading in my Ranger Super Cab and wanted something smaller with some character.

@@SPSteve Ya, 2 door is the harder one to find and although extremely low mileage ones are sitting on dealer lots, they are very proud of them. I am fortunate enough to have a 2 door OBX with lux and tow packages.
Good news is that if you look for an Outer Banks Edition with the E5A VIN (1FMDE5Axxxxxxxxxxx) you can use this to negotiate a good price. E5A is a 2 door Bronco (regardless of Trim or package options) that does not have the advanced 4x4 transfer case and usually does not have a rear locker. Additionally, if you go one digit further and search for Outer Banks Editions with 1FMDE5AHxxxxxxxxx VIN numbers, you are looking at a 2 door OBX 2.3 liter engine without the advanced 4x4 transfer case (and usually no locker).
From an off-roading standpoint, this is the least desirable (and least expensive) Outer Banks chassis available. However, what is least desirable to most people in the market for a Bronco, is quite possibly the most desirable for you. I know one guy who recently picked up a 2 door Badlands 2.3 for MSRP that was sitting on the dealer lot... why? Because it was a manual transmission... it was otherwise loaded - but otherwise it was hard to move because most people want an automatic.
So while a 1FMDE5AH Bronco might be gimped from the off-roading perspective, it can still be an OBX with cloth or leather; mid, high, or lux package; towing or not; and just about every other option (including a rear locker). Looking at the interior the E5A Bronco is immediately identifiable by the lack of 4A on the GOAT mode switch. OBX Broncos without locking rear differential (and lack of 4A) can also be identified by having only 3 Hero switches.
Anyway, I hope that gave you some insight on how you might find exactly what you want, without getting abused by a dealer. Best of luck with the Bronco Sport, but don't give up on finding a good deal on the big Bronco.

Meet the 2.7 OBX sasquatch, last years WildTrak. Don't get me wrong, even without Sasquatch, the OBX is a good trim level. Also, if you want a cloth interior, the OBX has the nicest cloth interior in the Bronco lineup.

I would love to order a backup vehicle choice of mine and it would be a bronco. The maverick 2023 I ordered has to many constraints, all packages, lariat hybrid. Are broncos suffering the same fate as mavericks?

I was going to order that for this year because Ford said I could have a white hardtop. But guess what they lied again

I've seen them wrapped... it looks pretty good. I know I'm planning on wrapping my hard top when I get it

Asking for my wife: Why does my '22 OBX with the Lux package not have a light for the glove compartment? My 2001 F-150 XLT did. I'm getting a lot of "right seat noise" from my Bronco now, so I had to order a small MagLite with a clip on it that she can use when she opens the glove compartment at night.
