Agree with you - this is what a Haute Couture should really be - designs that are so beautiful, they look like out of this world and make people stumped with their beauty. No a model wearing I don't know... giant pom-pom? Western haute couture is just plain weird.
As a Chinese who has a family member in this business, my opinion is that all of this is just another low class version of guo pei. It's just a bizarre mixture.

@@NaNa-wy2tk some fashion did really show unpractical design... so you wonder if there really daily wear design... like big pompom big flower etc... of course there is more casual and daily fit, just sometimes the video focus on the unique design and leave those out...

What show was this cause I love traditional chinese fashion and this designer really brought some of that elegance. Hanfu is the best. I love the designer also incorporated hanfu styles from different dynasties

I love those outfits with delicate patterns laying on top of half transparent soft fabric, it is so beautiful like a goddess coming down from heaven, even more stunning when it is mildly floating in the air.
I have no idea how I ended up in this corner of TH-cam, but these clothes are so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes. What a talent this designer has! And the models look otherworldly like angels or fairies.

现在大牌们是越发无法让人理解了，棉袄套西服什么的，怎么窝囊怎么来。这个很美。
我觉得西方名牌几十年前把好看的样式都设计出来了，再想要创新就只有走搞怪路线。可是我们中华几千年文化艺术底蕴，随便一个元素就够我们后人用来创造无数新的设计，可以说我们是坐在一座金山上，有用之不尽的创意源泉。希望中国的服装设计这一块继续这样发展下去
