It’s worse than any foreign invaders because you’re doing this to yourself. Most people say “oh! It’s not Han culture but Manchu.” It’s still ancient, and need to be preserved. However, not all of them are destroyed though. I just saw a video during China flood. Everything else were swept away, but this 700 years old temple still standing almost submerged in the water. It was the most incredible thing I ever seen. Since it’s 700 years ago, I believe the temple was constructed during Tang Dynasty. But I could be wrong.
