Tried this recipe today to impress my wife...ended up well...was sceptical about not boiling the meat first...but this technique was simply superb...the flavour of the meat was fully retained...which sometimes gets altered in boiling....minimal ingredients which do not overpower the meat...slightly chewy but cooked well...

Looks good....but i think it should be boild first because I tried this recipe long ago and the meat was uncooked may be it depends upon meat quality .but after that i uset to boil meat first.but good presentation bro

Either boil or deep fry the pork to make chilli pork , for curry one can add raw papaya . Looks mouth watering 👍

Boiling is necessary before cook. Otherwise it won't be cooked properly and be hard.

Just a suggestion you should boil the meat first. If not 100% boil but 70-80% atleast and the rest shall be done while slow cooking the meat like you did here. Pork should always be boiled.

I'm not going to cook the meat without boiling it. It will definitely be hard and raw. Unsafe to eat if pork is not boiled properly. Once boiled it will be fine to try out this recipe. It looks apetising.. 👍👍👍
