    This is week 1 of the morning routine, let’s make sure you stick to this programme for a week. We will be uploading a video every sunday so you can follow that for a week.
    It is important to take this slow, it can be overwhelming, hard and 40 mins can feel like 40 days but remember everything is hard before it gets easy, and consistency and commitment is the only way to ease your practice.
    Maintain a journal to enter your observations, how you’re feeling and to hold yourself accountable.
