Nice Truck, I’ll wait on buying, I waited 2 years for our 2004 H2’s, witch we still have 2 of them, for any recalls, and charging is going to be an issue for us,living in a condo, the closest charging station is a Wawa about 2 miles away, and Hummer says only charge to 80% that’s about 200 mile range, going on a trip will be a challenging thing, to many people sit at charging stations and there elsewhere eating or sleeping,but will see,I’m not a Big Green paint fan…..

No, not having the engine in front frees up the design. In the Merc B series for example they made a song and dance at one point about the engine designed to drop under the car in a crash to avoid it landing in your lap.
This is definitely a beautiful truck. The bronco should have had a look like this. Instead, they made it look like a nanny suv. I can't wait to see these on the streets.

An empty frunk is safer than a front engined ICEv. A large frunk full of groceries will crumple differently than a frunk full of cinder blocks. If engineers know what is in the funk they can engineer for that scenario. If anything can be in there then there may be a problem. This is what the legacy automakers are worried about.

It reminds me a little of the Toyota FJ Cruiser. The new Hummer looks nice, although it'd be better with a proper diesel engine instead of EV.
